The newer tracking software is just a little slower...maybe 2.0 will be a little less glitchy so you won't notice the CIA....opps I mean ATS tracking your IP..

It bears repeating:
Make sure your systems are up to date with the latest patches.
Make sure your antivirus is working and updated.
Make sure your system is clean of bugs/viruses/trojans etc.
Make sure your hard-drive is without errors.
Make sure you clean out your cache/temp files (There is a limit to where the whole thing goes bonkers if there are too many, over 1gb of temp files on some systems and it's like being in the old days).
To help with curing an infected computer:
Check out a trial of malwarebytes Anti-Malware, best thing I've ever found for getting rid of nasties on a computer.
To clean up temp files for free, 'cuz you really don't need to download a program or spend money to do this:
On windows XP/7: Press type %temp% and on the new window that pops up click on 1 file, and press ctrl-A and then delete everything. (A few folders will remain, as well as possibly 1 or 3 files, this is fine and normal).
On 8/8.1/10:
Press type %temp% and on the new window that pops up click on 1 file, and press ctrl-A and then delete everything. (A few folders will remain, as well as possibly 1 or 3 files, this is fine and normal).
Also, run a speed-test, make sure your speeds are what you are paying for. If your only gettting 1mb/1mbit it's going to feel slow. Try rebooting your cable-modem and wi-fi router(s). Then re-run the speed test to see how things are looking. If things are still in the basement, you might want to contact your ISP about it, as there could be an issue with the modem, or your line.
Hope that helps..
