I tried many things at once so i dont know which would be the best for you.
Meditate at least once a day concentrate on who you are where you are what your felling become a witness to reality.
Practice this throughout the day notice everything see how your perception becomes clearer.
throughout the day i had a little rhyme, "this cant be really i must be dreaming" which i repeated.
When in bed i used to lie still and either try and feeling myself floating, feel the energy in by body or just go to sleep normally and every now and
again whe i thought something just realise i still am myself concous so eventually i might pop up in a dream state
