Not able to unfriend people?

How do we unfriend people on ATS? I am not able to do it. When I click on the red cross nothing happens. It clicks, but the "friend" remains.

Might this be a case of "nothing registers until you leave the page and come back to it later"? That happens sometimes on ATS. I think I've had that when adding items to the Wall.

I want to clear it as most were ignorant and did not return the compliment. I tried being friendly with a few and sharing my music, but no response or they thought I was trying to send them a virus lol.

The paranoia is strong with this crew.

No more nice guy from me. A monster was born today, lol.

It may be that these folks simply don't look at their wall...or don't even realize they've got one. I look at my wall on here maybe two or three times a year. It's not social media, so I forget all about it being there. They don't send notifications or anything, so if the people are like me, they likely don't have a clue you've even posted anything or added them as a friend.


Just offering an alternative to assuming that people are simply ignoring your friendly gestures.

I did not even know someone was on my wall until like 2 years ago. I appreciate if someone posts there but this is not facebook. God I´m glad it isn´t.

I wouldn´t take it as a rejection if nobody posts on your wall, it could be, they just can´t stand you. Or don´t know about the wall.

I must say...I have a rather lengthy friends list...well...there's some screen names on it anyhow...

These are badges of respect...members that I've had the pleasure of speaking with...
These are individuals whose opinions and usually...intellect...I respect...
These are Individuals that I wouldn't mind knowing...in the for reals...

Clear your computer's cache, log back on to ATS, voila!!
