Flying wing designs (triangles) are stealthy to begin with, and don't require a lot of changes to make them truly stealthy. The early flying wings, with very few stealthy features reduced their detection range from anywhere from 10% to 25%.

90 degree angles are bad. 30 and 60 degrees are good. Like those old world war II destroyers have vertical walls, while the Zumwalt class destroyers have angled sides.
