Maybe they showed that pic in one of the old crime shows when they were looking for his father? Or maybe there is a pic of his dad out there that we could have seen on one of those shows that looks just like him.

Edit to add: Wow..it took 45 seconds for the post to occur (browser animation says it's trying for 45 seconds), and I'm on a real P.C. with fast internet now. Something's awry with the ATS server. Have experienced this a lot this week, both on PC and Cell.

When I first saw Paddock, I immediately thought he looked familiar. I even asked my wife about it, and she thought I was crazy. Now with you guys, I don't feel so crazy haha.

Umm no..he does not..at all.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been removed.

There was a thread earlier where someone thought they saw him in Atlantic city. The guy was damn close. But I didn't believe it. Wanting to go back to see what other said and it's gone.

Last night a member made the claim that it wasn't him on the floor of the hotel. I didn't believe that either. It was removed. He tried again then it was removed. Neither of those post had graphic images or links to graphic images and for some reason the mods keep removing them.

Maybe I'm missing something. But there seems to be a trend and maybe ATS is secretly behind it. Who knows but it's getting weird.

That's just my opinion and it has no value.

This thread is alot different, the other thread was showing an innocent guy at a casino. I am just asking if the pics seem familiar to anyone else.

I am actually surprised this many people have said yes.

Jesus, I can't believe I saw this thread title skimming through, but yes, I have felt like this guy is familiar ever since I first saw it. Haven't had that feeling about the girlfriend though, just Paddock.

man, yeah picture looks familiar to me too. I keep thinking they were a customer of mine in recent years. I have to wonder if he own any homes in Scottsdale Arizona

ETA- trying to get confirmation from my boss... we were both at the house several months ago, and I am pretty sure the last name was paddock. I remember that because it almost looked like pallock on the ticket. She looked much younger than him and he was tall and frail looking.

On topic: I've got a theory that there are a finite amount of different types of faces, and depending on how much you travel, at a certain point you've seen all the different types. So from that point on every somewhat "normal" person you see will look kind of familiar.

Just an idea.

Computer graphics people tried generating random faces - they came up with something called Eigenfaces which were around 13+ different basic shapes that could be blended together. Other professions like cranio-archeologists came up with a similar number of ratio parameters.

I've even have grouping in my mind of different face types and sort people o see into those categories.
