My bet is on a last second attempt to save the radar and the E-8 recap project. NG is up to its old trucks again.

Maybe they'll do the big "Reveal" on the TR3-B Astra!

(sorry, couldn't resist).

Looks like it's for the Cartoon rather than NG,

www.bleedingcool.com...

Avengers call for help from NGEN (Northrop Grumman elite nexus). Cutting edge design team.

Interesting. I wonder if there will be some carryover the other way. We have Raytheon calling their JSTARS radar Skynet, so why not Northrop a name from Marvel.

The worlds all getting a bit too close to 80s satire for comfort.

So the vision is more literal you think?

Couldnt have predicted it better....

Not only was it a very literal commercial insertion of the MIC into the Marvel Universe...they actually went with a team of NG employees as characters....

When they realised people dont really like the thought of Disney selling off people's childhood memories and compromising Marvel Universe integrity by allowing NG to become superheros (still SMH in disbelief); they pulled it as they should.

A 1st year marketing degree student would have spotted the potential pitfalls of ANY association but inserting characters is an epic miscalculation.

The same people that are fine with their kids watching Avengers, and seeing them blow things up, use lasers and weapons, lost their damn minds, because Northrop Grumman blows things up, builds lasers and weapons.

Northrop could have used the pr badly. Reeks of desperation.

Not sure how they havent been gobbled up by boeing or Lockheed yet.

Multiple billions of dollars in bomber contracts, huge black UAV contracts, and acquisition costs too high for someone else to pay.

Really? Boeing is in a far, far more precarious spot in the military market.
