Yet, the highest violence total each year in America is from the fringe of the right-wing.

The Second Amendment is not the problem. Guns are not the problem. Arbitrary assignment of political "sides" is not the problem.

The problem is we are killing each other, every day, at a horrific rate. We need to figure out if there's a way to stop that.

Like almost every right wing conspiracy, this one is not based on any facts. I am going to guess someone on some right wing blog, media outlet or maybe a friend of the OP, said he was probably left wing and from there it turned into a "factual" claim that people like the OP can run with.

Muslim extremists are right wing and that is a fact. They fit almost every conservative checklist and if american laws did not keep a lot of conservative in check, we would have times like the Salem witch trials again.

The problem isn't violent groups like Antifa and BLM.

The problem is two fold.

1. our media. Both conservative and liberal trying to divide us and stiring up hate.
2. Mental healthcare in this country.

The media is not "trying to divide us"... The media are part of the people. You can claim all you want "we are one", when in reality we all have different opinions. Even in these forums you can see members espouse the same sentiment that the media espouses.

Several of you want "gun control" and most of you call it "sensible gun control" just like the media calls it.

Several of you claim President Trump is not your President, and we have seen many in the left in these forums espouse the same disdain and hatred against President Trump, and Trump supporters just like the left-wing media and groups like Antifa espouse it.

You all in the left also claim that "alternative media that is conservative" alongside other conservative media are "fake news", just like the left-wing media espouses. Many of you have even stated that you think there should be control over the news, just like the left-wing media and other left-wing groups have stated.

This claim that "the government and the media want to divide us" is nothing but a red herring, we are divided because we have different views. Eventually the United States will be divided in several sections. It won't be "because of the government and the media". It will be because people are divided. You cannot have a left-wing and right-wing form of government, eventually one side will take over. It's been happening and will continue happening for a very long time.

BTW, that is not to say that there are no forces trying to use that divide against the principle of the Union. People like George Soros, and other progressives from both camps are working towards this goal. To use the divide that exists between the American people to further their globalist plans.

BTW, i am pointing out facts... Not trying to make excuses. These are facts... Fact number one both Antifa and ISIS have claimed that the Las Vegas murderer was leftwing and was part of their group, or a sympathizer...

Look at the reactions of many Berkley students to this man, who is not really a member of ISIS, but wanted to see what reaction he got from students.

if you haven't realized it yet, Antifa and ISIS have a lot of things in common.

1. They both attack statues that they call racist/imperialistic, including attacking private property of other people.
2. They both want to suppress the speech of their opposition.
3. They both incite violence and call for open war.
4. They both use violence against their opposition.
5. They both attack capitalism in general and both groups are very left-wing wanting a form of socialist system.
