Here's proof that I didn't dream the original retraction. I picked it up off Twitter, and the tweet specifically states the two points that I mentioned. And I checked the original Newsweek retraction with my own eyes to see whether the tweet was correct. Which is why those two points stuck in my memory to begin with.

That red bracket at the bottom gives the time and date of the tweet. The time is reckoned by British Summer Time (GMT+1) due to me being in the UK. Not sure how that translates into the ATS time zone, but anyone can trot through the maths if they want to figure it out.

newsweek retracted their statement that she was married to 2 men at the same time when public records found by DailyMail.com showed they were in fact two completely different women.

Newsweek said it had retracted the story because of something "a family member" told them. The Mail story hasn't actually attempted to contact the "other" Marilou (the one in California) - it has relied on paperwork only (just like Newsweek did when it reached exactly the opposite opinion).

So I'm not sure who's telling the truth, because either the Mail or Newsweek is lying or flat-out wrong.

In fact, this entire story is making my head go round and round like nothing else I've read in the last year or two. I honestly have no idea who to believe or what to believe myself, at this stage. Seriously weird story, keeps falling apart and reassembling itself in a new form.

Why is it if a lady is married to more than one guy, she's a foreign agent. But if some guy is married to more than one woman, he's a mormon or an arab?

Sounds like a great "headline" for MSM to try to add legitimacy to people's increasing list of reasons as to why the official story doesn't make sense (I see a parallel here to the nine-elev 'official story' & all of the holes in it)

What about the possibility that

A) he was a psycho who wanted to outperform his father's "legacy,

B) he hated a all people or had no empathy for others, like a sociopath, or

C) he hated anyone who was happy or otherwise supported some sort of general belief system (like Country Music Fans, a general category of people who "condone" gambling, drinking, or promiscuity (for example, someone who is hardcore "conservative")

I'm not "left-wing", "right-wing", "liberal", "conservative", or any of these categories but the official story, the interview with the brother definitely raised my eyebrows, as did the lack of a motive after all this time

Paddock stayed up all night to gamble all the time? Sounds like meth. Look at his dark circles under his eyes. Muslims don't gamble do they?
Its a weird story.

Oh yea they do gamble. It is a lot like Christians. Probably not something they all do but certainly the supposed gay guy in Florida was doing what he wasn't to do. So, he apparently killed the others like himself.

Sounds like the guy was highly suseptible to hypnotic suggestion.

She was definitely a plant to make sure he carried out his orders. The 100,000 was her pay off for getting the job done. The guy was then told to exterminate himself to cover up any leaks that might have come out during the investigation.

To destroy the Constitutional right to bear arms freely.
To turn the US in to a nanny state.
Slow and steady wins the race.. if they did this too quickly, there would be a major backlash. They have always done things slowly as to ensure their victory.

When a population of freaked out citizens go through a major tragedy like this, they aren't going to be thinking too clearly. They'll agree to anything posed to them, for the Children. Or so the media forever uses as a means to manipulate the many into doing what they want.

While 59 dead and 500 injured is shocking, it is not that many people. 96 people died in car accidents that same day. 7000 people die every day in the united states. 59 is nothing. So yes, it could very well be a huge distraction engineered and planned for a long time.

This smells of MKULTRA completely. No motive, no links to organized crime etc. Just a "crazy" dude.

My sister in law is Indian she texted my wife who is her half sister to say Wounded Knee was the biggest massacre in US history. We do need to keep this in perspective. It wasn't officially terrorism because our Gov killed them officially. 100 Lakota Sioux dead in the second one. 15 in the first one.

We need to step[ back and just pray, I really believe. Pray for people to love their neighbor and pray for all to be tolerant of others they don't understand...Pray that the three letter agency are stopped because they have been running wild for a long time.

how's that working out for you so far? has it actually helped? it seems that after every mass shooting in the US we get people saying that we need to pray - what for exactly? because either A) - god doesn't exist, or B) - he aint listening. because from what I can see - nothing is changing. praying might make you feel better but it sure as heck doesn't stop Joe Bloggs down the street from buying a gun and shooting up the street.

If EVERYONE stopped and prayed while this event went on, who would of helped save all the people that survived? praying does nothing, actions do.

"Muslims don't gamble" is a bit of a sweeping generalisation. like saying "Christians don't drink alcohol", or "Eskimos don't wear red"
some do, some don't. it depends how devout they are, or how deep their beliefs are, or just how they feel when they leave the house that day.

I dont think she knows anything at all. But there does seem to be another woman he was with. Shes either a hooker or she was involved. I say this because the person hasnt come forward yet. But he was seen with her in the casino.

I mean technically, if EVERYONE had been praying it wouldn't have happened.

You forget go to Dubai lots of gambling. There really is no restrictions against gambling. You might find an emam that thinks so but odds are good if they go to say Dubai they would do it to.

A Christian is someone who accepts and models after Christ. Christ ate and drank. He surely did enjoy wine as recorded. Nowhere does it state he got drunk, but he did like wine, in fact, his first miracle was making wine out of water
