If you are somebody who is struggling with the big questions about Life and your role in this Universe, read and absorb the following mantra:
I STRIVE TO BE THE BEST GOOD PERSON I CAN BE.
That is all you need to do. It doesn’t matter what your beliefs are about spirituality/religion/God, if you adopt this philosophy you really can’t
go wrong and positive outcomes will come your way in the long-term.
Meditation is another fantastic resource. I prefer guided meditation and there are plenty of YouTube videos and mobile apps involving meditation which
help reduce stress and bring tranquillity into your life.
In your darkest of hours, despite how extremely challenging it can be, focus hard on the words of Love, Peace and Harmony. Try and trigger memories
and images associated with these words, and understand that the temporary feelings of sadness and despair will pass.
Here is a quick two-liner that has helped me tremendously and might aid you as well:
I am a being of Love, Peace and Harmony.
I strive to be the best good person I can be.
