And a rational thinker would presume that after the gunman has fired through the door and wounded a hotel security guard, the element of surprise was no longer relevant.

He knew what was coming. SWAT knew he knew. So what are you suggesting with this?

They used what we call shock and agression method.
This means the entered the flore he was on as quiet as they could. Approuched the door as silent as possible. They put a C4 line where the door henges are from top to bottom with the help of rubber tape.

There were no shots fired which the radio reccording also prove.

There was no "shock" to the gunman that SWAT would arrive.

And all of this apart from the fact that he had camera's hidden in the hall.

the cops OUTSIDE were asking where is th eshooting coming from. Not the ones inside the hotel that got shot at before swat got there. Their radio chatter supports that btw. Another poster posted that info earlier in th e thread btw

@xcalibur. This is a conspiracy site is it not? Its just as viable as any other theory right now. Notice i didnt say IT WAS A FACT. And HE was spotted with a mystery woman by someone earlier in th eday. Can you tell me with 100 percent certainty she was not involved? No you cant.

Can someone more tech savvy tell me how to upload a video I was sent on Facebook to ATS? I don't know if it's been shown here yet but it shows what appears to be a man in some sort of uniform or outfit at ground level firing on those fleeing. I've watched it several times and it looks like he comes in, crouches as he raises a rifle and you see flashing and gunfire at that exact moment

Why have I not seen any reports of falling glass from the windows being broken out?
I would think glass shards falling 32 floors would shatter quite spectacularly and would cause nearby security, hotel employees or guests to report the noise.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but it's been bugging me.

So many questions that may never have an answer like where us the Hispanic couple and security personnel who escorted them out of the venue after they warned about the shooting? An hour goes by and security doesn't take the threat serious. Just weird.

That one has been analyzed here a couple times... it seems like security with a flashlight.. he later comes back into the frame

Why? As anyone who lives in or visits Vegas will tell you the place is crawling with homeless. At any given time of the day the Strip is home to at least a couple of doomsayers. The fact that reports have the woman acting crazy and that they didn't show up until the convert was winding down leads me to believe they were just some vagrants that snuck in after security started letting their guard down.

To make it worse it really seems like the flashlight tipped the shooter off as they are immediately hit with bullets

he has a flashlight and i see a strap, so it a flashlight attached to a rifle? My question is can security carry a rifle big enough to need a shoulder strap?
