The once cleaning his room would have noticed. And they never noticed the cases.

OMG.

All you do is put a little tag on the door handle that says "Do Not Disturb!" and they will never go in there.

I thought the same thing but the sheriff admitted that they had maintained the room and noticed nothing?

Did they question the ones who cleaned the room? This could be of major importance. I would like to see a source on this.

So once you see a guy bringing a suitcase to his room everything will make sense? You really can't imagine what that looks like?

You guys cling to the silliest, most easily explainable stuff and then you wonder why skeptics lose their cool with you.

If they do release any footage some of you will just pretend it's fake anyway. It's all water under the bridge at this point.

I’m not the people you are trying to generalize me too.
I am just curious how many bags, how many days he took to bring them up, and most importantly why they haven’t released this footage. Cctv is usually some of the first things that break news.

My reply was to a different user suggesting such laughable things

My bad. Then you can understand my angst at this point. A lot of this stuff is already explained and they're still clinging.

I want them to release the note that was on the table in the crime scene photos, and the footage from the camera he had set up to record everything.

Then, we will know his motives. The fact that it's been this long and the media isn't giving any information on a motive, is highly suspect.

Why do they need to release any footage? Nothing they're claiming happened is outlandish or unbelievable. I mean, should they release morgue footage too? That way we can be certain it wasn't an actor who woke up and walked away once they got to the morgue. Do they need to disprove any silly theory that gets dreamed up?

Just trying to stay in the loop
since the media is now more focused on the gun control narrative than the shooter and his motives.

As planned, I suspect.

If the narrative goes badly with the truth of who/what the guy is/was, then they will hit gun control.

Apparently the narrative of lone gun nut doesn't fit this guys profile. I think he was a spook that became a patsy for some other dark agenda.

If anything so people can learn to maybe prevent something like this from happening again. Awareness!

Yeah because we really want hotel staff calling the police on us if they think we brought one bag too many up to our room...

That's about the only thing they could have done to stop this.

I counted five separate AR 15's in just the three crime scene photos that have been leaked. This is seeming more and more like a blatant false flag for gun control.

Are there still people questioning how he got everything up to his room? The sheriff said at one of the news conferences yesterday he brought everything up in suitcases, no one even saw his guns or equipment. There's no mystery. He was staying at the hotel for several days. He could have brought one suitcase at a time up, through different entrances, so no one would even notice he brought up 10 suitcases. And even if they did since when does hotel staff make judgements about just how much luggage is reasonable for their guests to bring in?

Edit: Pick your source

No we are just ready to see the cctv footage and personally I wonder why they haven’t released it. I made early albeit incorrect assumption that they should be released in the first 24hours

Vegas hotels will work with authorities for investigations. This does not mean they are ok with releasing CCTV footage from inside their hotels/casinos to the public.

That's a lot of exposure for the casino.

If one person staying by myself brings in 10 bags by myself I deserve to have a visit with Casino security
So yes I wish a call had been made.

Like Sandy Hook? They really pulled a fast one on us with that one, what with all the gun control they passed in the aftermath.

What's going on with the photo of him shot. There looks to me like two inner corners of eye on the right overlapping? Like an eye pasted over an eye in photoshop? I suppose it's just an illusion.

Why don't I see any high capacity magazines in those photos released? I only see standard 30 round mags, stacks of them. I know he was shooting more than 30 rounds at a time.

Also, I long suspected just by the sound of the fire rate that the gun was not a real full automatic gun, and it was just simulated full auto with a bump stock. The media is now confirming my observation, and images also show some guns with bump stock. The only problem is that bump stocks require the gun to move freely with the recoil in order to work. The gun can't be rested on anything, or full auto won't be possible. So that means bipods will not work. You need a special bipod that can allow the gun to move, and I am not seeing that in any photos. I am seeing standard bipods.........

Ever handle or change a hot barrel?

I agree something is not quite right about this - the photo's of the crime scene are odd for the reasons stated by a few and I still don;t see how a guy in one room can smash a window and start firing and have an hour of time before police make it to his location (from just a few blocks away).
Whether it's a false flag - or a much more extensive and well-executed attack - is another question.

Also, why would a shooter bring 5 AR15s? How much quicker is it to pick up another gun as opposed to loading another magazine?

What about 9 or 8? Where is the line drawn? And why do you get to decide it? Not everyone has the same standards as you as far as how much they want to bring into their hotel room.

And if such a rule had been in place, it wouldn't have made a difference anyway. The guy could've done this shooting with 2 guns, which he could fit in 1 big suitcase. It still would've happened, they just wouldn't have found as many guns in the room when it was over.
