Now I feel like to need to decorate!

I wrote all about my trip to NYC but then I lost it 😩

Let me summarize: it was great. Kids had a blast. I'm finally mostly recovered.

Sheye, oh yes happy tears! We have all waited a long time for this along with the happy couple. How are you Sweetie?

It’s wonderful to see a relationship come to fruition, and I understand how this means so much to the Shed.

I’m doing fine Night... thank you for asking... hopefully all is well in your world ( good on ya for making Mark eat his veggies lol )

Pssst, Light, any tears in here turn to tiny diamonds. No need to clean, they look lovely where they are scattered across the Shed.

I like that picture you just put in my head. Tiny diamonds, how wonderfull and beautiful. I can see the candle light reflecting in them creating rainbows and at the end of each one is a little pot of chocolate.

OMG, now that is one beautiful scene to be in isn't it? The chocolate is an extra bonus for sure as it one of my favorite tings!

Ooooh, decorating and music commercials!

I too have decorated the house with a tree and lights and vases of Christmas flowers and other things. All around the neighborhood and around the cities are houses that look so enchanting as you drive by. I just love all the magical scenes!

Hmm, Christmas tree ... umph ... crap ... lol ... can't be bothered.

Hmm, kids will probably try telling me off.

Need lateral thinking ... engaging brain.

Solution coming along soon.

Solution.

Get nice image of Christmas tree.

Set it as background for second monitor.

When someone asks,"Where is your tree?, I will just point to the monitor.

Job Done.

Glass of red as a reward.

Cool Christmas song Light!

Pheonix, love the Christmas pic! You could just get a small fake tree like I have. Hardly any bother at all.

Lucid sat on the hill overlooking the shed under the silent, waxing moon. Silver light from the stars covered the land scape with a very magical scene, one sure to catch the breath in wonder, and an excitement at being alive. He rolled his pen in his fingers, thinking, thinking. Thinking about what he could do, for his part, for the sheds Christmas. There were plenty of lights, and decorations- everyone had already seen to that. He thought about something he had seen sheddites do countless times before: open themselves up to each other, giving birth to harmony and unity. He thought of how to capture the feeling in words, this feeling of love which wove the threads of life, which lay even under the most vile of discord. Felt the rush of the words moving through him as an almost physical force, like a boat pulled by the wake of its far larger companion. Finally, he set his pen down and wrote, just a few lines.

What is this, between us
this thing that we share,
which ties us, unites us

Feel the birth of light
created inside, tonight
cross divides, unite

This wondrous feeling
overtaking the mind
leaving bubbles behind

Something to be shared
something to be seen
something which is
almost unreal

I am up with a tooth ache so I thought I'd peek out the window and look who I found behind the Shed

they look so cozy.
It was my day off, yeah, actually two days, I turned my phone off because they always call me to come in. That really stressed me because I kept thinking they are going to fire me if I don't answer the phone.
Any way. I made all sorts of yummy food.
A curry flavoured meat loaf, I mix the spice my self, hummus nice and creamy and tzatziki a Greek cucumber yoghurt salad, all though I didn't have any mint it turned out fine.
All of it with garlic and spices and garlic and ....it is so good.
My starch was mashed potato/yams.
Creamy comfort food all around.
I love middle eastern and Indian food, opposed to the bland white bread no flavor culture.
So I took the meat loaf out to cool down and went for a long walk with the pups in glorious 55 degree weather, visited my dear 76 year old friend to get a much needed hug and mental snuggle and went home to a feast.
Now it is, twelve hours later, 20 degrees and blowing a gale.

So every one is sleeping?

Not anymore. The party i went to a couple of days ago just went on and on. Had a good time, but after that i have been mostly just sleeping. Maybe some coffee soon. Great food you seem to have there! nice! And that post reminded me again about tzatziki. It has a fresh vibe to it, i have somehow forgot to buy/make any in ages.

People and media here are hyped up about tomorrow and the 100 years of independence. Been checking some news now that my eyes are open again. Yesterday they illuminated an arctic hill
here it is

Curry flavoured meatloaf? Mix the spices yourself? Well why didn't ya say so sooner? I'll be round for dinner...

(I eat mainly Indian/Pakistani food with the odd Chili (the meal) thrown in for good measure. 350,000 on the Scoville scale for the Madame Jeanette peppers)

Let me see...give me a minute to go through some pics. How about this one, just replace the words it has and add the one I asked you to change.

It'd be very difficult to remove the lettering from that one 'Raine!
Be much better if we could find nice image with no lettering over it.
