Is there anything in particular that brings up a concern?

Yes.
What's happening in Puerto Rico is of concern.
What's happening with health care is of concern.
What's happening with tax reform is of concern.

For starters.

Two out of three ain't bad...

Who is getting them?

The local government. Then they distribute it, using the one's who work for them.

What happened to Trump's wonderful plan where everyone would be covered? Was it presented? Did I miss it?

The legislative branch will not pass it, or anything it seems.

Trump said that he wouldn't benefit. Is that a fact? I know, it's hard to say since we have no idea of his tax situation so...believe him, because he said to.

I am surprised you have not researched this, as it concerns you.

Nope. Not much.

Well, chin up old boy. There is always something to take your mind off of it.

Pass what? Where is/was his plan? I've never seen it.

I have. I have seen little cause to rejoice over my situation.

How?

There are many different ways to distribute things. You can form a line and hand things down it until it gets to the desired location, or you can hand it directly to the person in need which would end the distributing process.
Here is a link if you wish to learn more about setting up a distributing process.

I am pretty sure he left the making of the plan to the people who do that, like whoever the legislators listen to.

I think it is kind of like how they got Obama care passed without the people knowing what was in it.

I have. I have seen little cause to rejoice over my situation.

Why?

I don't subscribe to twitter.

Me either. Maybe try going for a walk or something.

Sure, a hundred miles of people, hand to hand. Over hill, over dale. Makes sense.

I am pretty sure he left the making of the plan to the people who do that, like whoever the legislators listen to.
So, there was no such plan. He said "Our Plan." He lied? I'm shocked.

Why?
Because I have seen the information which has been presented on this tax plan.

Maybe try going for a walk or something.
I have, a couple of times this very day, with my dog. What's your point?

You can train dogs to not do that.

They aren't as complicated as humans.

Perfect age.

Just stop walking and say "heel". Over and over.
Don't pull back.

Everybody is getting a tax break. Whats the problem, i.e. concern?

I'm not sure I will be getting a tax break, but the concern is that Trump says he won't be. He will. Bigly.

"low-income and middle-income households, not the wealthy and well-connected. They can call me all they want. It's not going to help. I'm doing the right thing, and it's not good for me. Believe me."

I don't believe him. Do you? Why?

Why not? There will be a tax break across the board.

I believe him because the tax returns that Maddow got her hands on showed Trump payed 30% or 32% in taxes. The top one percent will pay 35%. That is not good for him.

I think we have went off topic far enough though.

Why not? There will be a tax break across the board.
Because I itemize deductions and my state and local taxes would no longer be deductible. Because the increase in the standard exemption may not make up the difference.

Do you know what the alternative minimum tax is? Do you know that the GOP plan makes it go away? Trump will make out like the bandit he is.

BUHAHAHAHAHA... poor little theantedilluvian can't stand President Trump responding to the idiocy from the far left-wingers...

How dare the President of the U.S. respond to such idiocy? Doesn't he know that ATS #1 clown will take offense, take comments out of context, and write nothing but nonsensical BS just so he feels better?...

When President Trump talks about The Mayor and others in Puerto Rico, he is not talking about the regular people, but about the people working for the mayor who didn't do # to try to help Puerto Ricans. But they certainly had time to make costume t-shirts asking for donations...

That's an obvious lie since we both know you can't see anything without your head so far up Trumps ass.

That doesn't even make sense.

This whole thread reminds me of online discussions after Katrina.

The drones trotted out the usual talking points and nothing, ever, was the President's responsibility.

Duty of care? Moral duty? Do not apply.
