Hefner in heaven... You might be smoked out. Just sayin'

None of us know where he is .... all I know is he lead a life of extreme sexual sin , and enticed and sold it to others. His gods were sex and money, his ego and fame . The man has alot to answer for ,to the big guy upstairs πŸ˜•
Uh, god isn't real and sin is something created by the church so they could sell absolution. Hef was a well liked charismatic fellow who never forced anything on anyone. What is wrong with sex and money? You don't like sex and money?

Sex without true deep monogamous love ends up feeling cheap and unfulfilling in the long run. Cheap thrills for awhile , then it gets old and new " naughtiness " needs to be brought into the sexuality for cheap thrills.

Money is merely a means to an end... and I would rather value true friendship and family love over a bundle of money.

Yes, Heff had many friends and family who loved and supported him , and he didn't force anyone to do anything, but he used the weaknesses of men against them for profit ... wether he meant to or not. I'm sure he was a nice enough guy, but sorry, I just don't see him as someone who brought anything of much value to this world .... and I have a right to my opinions 😜

Heff had basically the best life a human could have. I'm actually not that sad, I mean the guy lived a long life and had it all! I just hope his after life doesn't suck. Who knows?

Do you have to be engaging in sex and love money to be fun at parties ?

So, i'm guessing you have had lots of this cheap sex with lots of people? You sound like you must have a lot of experience in that dept to be able to describe exactly how it makes everybody feel, and you didn't like it? You probably should have stopped at some point. Well i guess it's not for everyone.

And, oh, yeah-I'm sure you guys read it for the great "Articles."

Yes we did. The articles in a men's magazine were of great interest to men. That is what made Playboy a great read. But you will continue to disparage and hate men.

That is your perogative but it is also sad that you see half the human race as a negative.

There were similar mags for women you know.

Some people can have sex for fun without worrying about what your fictional jesus thinks about it.

He was rumoured to have liked young adult men. If true, the 'scandal' will be more of a Liberace thing. He used sexy women as a human shield to hide the closet.

Otherwise, who cares and does it matter? He seemed like a decent guy. The Playboy Bunny lifted the careers of intellectual writers and resurrected the faded careers of many actresses. 100s or 1000s of beautiful women found financial security too so not a bad life's work. From an objective perspective, he epitomised the rise and fall of the printed porn industry lol. The older he got, the fewer sales of porn magazines and the industry has basically collapsed since internet.

In that picture, you can't see below his mid abdomen for a reason. See that smile of satisfaction on Hugh's face?

The DNA of humans is programmed from the beginning to have lots of pro-creation activity. Lots of predators that ate man back in those days.

Yes.. I was a young lady in the 70's and had my share of cheap sex ,and not a fact I'm proud of πŸ˜•
Maybe that is one reason I have turned to the grace of Christ in my life... and maybe it's a reason why I don't care for the exploitation of sexuality.

Happy now? 😁

I just can't imagine any masts being half anything around Heff.

ETA: Well, that didn't turn out correct but I think you get my point. Thanks for the tip!

Okay one of my heroes. I did a research paper on him and his empire. He saw a nitch and filled it. He changed the way most Americans viewed sex. It wasn't this taboo thing to him and he shared that. Like him or not. He was a hell of an entrepreneur.

Many saw him as a smut peddler. If thats your view so be it.

Hef has gone to the great grotto in the sky.

He lived a life envied by many, reviled by few, and as iconically American as a moonshot.

You haven't a clue where he is right now ...

All due respect. You don't either.

I really need to stop reading your self righteous replies. You sound extremely judgmental. Its not your place to judge others or to damn them. I am a Christian as well and after reading this stuff you put out there. Is it any surprise people don't take us seriously? Why they think we are all judgmental ass's?

So as a Christian I'm not allowed a voice ? This idolatry to a man who pushed and made money off of sexual enticement is nauseating to me.

Do I hope he is with Jesus? Of course !!! But is he ?
I'm not acting holier than thou either , just having the courage to call a spade a spade , while so many seem to postulate themselves before HH.

As far as giving Christians a bad name because of my honesty ?...where are all the Christian men who are not supposed to condone the type of ways hugh made his billions ?

You make me lose respect in Christian men , who are supposed to be examples and leaders , as well as teachers of what is morally right and wrong , and what is acceptable in our Father's eyes.
