Ansible communication device

Ansible that can print matter was in a book I just read. Included cloned humans. Sort of glossed over a bit but that was the gist. Want to shoot a human super far? Clone them, ship them (or the information to) via ansible.

Read another book that had what was essentially a tapeworm that was genetically modified to essentially create and squirt out medicine needed by the host (other stuff too).

I once had a dream where Japan, because of a growing population and small amount of land, came up with a transport like device that instead of shifting people from place to place just shifted people to kind of a different vibration of the same space (dimension) it was kind of neat, they had malls and everything with people jumping back and forth..

Those would be "Inter-dimensional portals"

There were several sci-fi stories built on this idea. One was that due to overpopulation, families were able to purchase a portal and have a home on their uninhabited dream planet. Except that other civilisations were doing the same thing. Sometimes the outcome was friendly, the ending was with one family home being surrounded by bugs.

Another was a reversed Earth where the economic system was reversed. Governments paid you taxes, while you had to find an employer who was willing to accept your wages.

why not instead of inventions , discoveries of biological life that secretes various different types of drugs
drugs which allow you to manipulate matter on the quantum level , things like that

a special type of bacterial growth that when interlinked with humans allows their brain activity to increase and temporarily allows them to alter things like the laws of physics , in some sort of symbiotic relationship
kind of like the midichlorians but more trippy
as they have often strange and hilarious side affects
