So does that sarcasm suggest there are no illegal rapists that have come across the border? Do you not see the the action of an illegal rapist is not morally worse than a legal rapist, but rather the opportunity that shouldn't exist makes it worse? It's the culpability of the government that is the issue as it pertains to this.

It's not a worse rape if the rapist is not a legal resident. Think that one through. Nearly two-thirds of illegal immigration comes in the form of visa overstays. Does it make the rape worse if the rapist rapes the woman the day after his visa expires rather than the day before?

I'm sure that there are some rapists in any sufficiently large group of humans but the statistics show that illegal immigrants (and legal immigrants) are less likely to rape a woman than native born citizens.
