Apparently Canada has a few immigration limits (i now she was just visiting). Citing her conviction for espionage and "general criminality' Canada detained overnight and refused admission to Manning who was heading there for vacation.

I would have thought that since she was not pardoned and her sentence commuted she would be on probation and have some sort of geographic restrictions???

Also, If Canada can deny her entry we should return the favor and ban Celine Dion from entry. Seriously how is SHE not on a watch list.

Convicted of espionage? That's your answer right there.

Does Canada have some sort of super secret awesome invisible wall, too?

Or do you mean to tell me that they can vet folks without a wall?

No way.....

Well, every now and then the wife and I tend to get romantic .....even after 40 years.
Slow dancing to a Celine Dion song.
So , therefore I will not be allowed into Canada either as I have openly professed .
I guess that takes care of that.

edit on 9/25/17 by Gothmog because: (no reason given)

I've long since started viewing Cavtrooper as our own, personal ATS Wildcard (AKA Charlie). Whenever I get frustrated by his posts, I think of this scene and I'm back to adoring him again and just whisper to myself "oh Charlie, you wildcard, you"

WELL if I get jumped THIS IS thew LAST TIME ...
If we CAN'T pawn it off on Canada maybe we can dump him on Mexico.
OR WE can just pop him with .22 in the head ,for his worth.

Canada will also bar you from entering for having a DUI or Drug Possession conviction, in many or most cases. Chelsey shouldn't take it personal, and neither should you.

Nope. Still lost. I'll leave it at that. Beyond my comprehension. Oh and keep Nickleback too please.

Our vetting people who comr into our country is a long and ongoing project, once we have concluded the project a memo will be sent to the leading nations on if it works. If it doesnt. We arw going to build a 100 foot wall with moose patrolling the wall.

Stay tuned.
