I'm for equality, shouldn't the dark lord of hell also deserve his time on the catwalk?

I clicked the link and seen the photos and I would gladly go to hell to speak to the redhead with the horns, let alone...but I digress and I agree this is something akin to a religious faux pas.

The church of Satan is the only religion that I could get into.

I wouldn't worry about what the Church thinks, or even the general public, I'd be more worried about what the devil thought about this. I'm sure Ole Nick has way more fashion sense than these clowns and would be pretty pissed at such a lame attempt at Satanic fashion. They'll be hell to pay I'm sure because they are asking for it from the top devil himself.

I think he'd be pretty pleased. It degrades a church which is supposed to be a place holy to his adversary. It's corruption.

Exactly if that was a temple of God and Jesus was there he would have thrown the lot of them out including the guy whom rented it out.

That place needs to be reconsecrated and the people whom rented it need to be removed from there role.

However the Anglican church as a far more serious problem, there is only ONE Monarch in Christianity and that is Christ, Christ whom is King, it took me a long time to realize but today I know why so many devout christian's have rejected the established, corrupted and not true Christian churches', it is not that the people within then are not christian's but that they institutions are in error and have betrayed there first love.

this designer would not get a fraction of the publicity they have recieved - if they had held thier event in a conventional venue [ hotel , warehouse etc etc etc ]

Yeah nobody was going satanic in there. It was a juxtaposition of what people see as satanic symbolism in the heart of a place full of Christian symbolism. Supposed to look 'cool' to fashion fans and passes for cutting edge.

The set looks crap to me. I've seen better backdrops at school pantomimes.

Yeah, he'd probably be OK with corrupting a church, but the crappy fashion show in his name would get him pissed off I would think. Anyway, it wasn't a full-on satanic worship service the likes of one performed by Anton LaVey (author of the Satanic Bible). That would be a real show - a naked female human alter, squirting un-holy water on members from a phallus shaped dispenser, reading the Bible backward, a classic performance like a Shakespeare's play in high satanic fashion.

Did you look at any of the other photos or videos? Images of fallen angels on their clothes, horns, pentagrams...
