It's exposing a division that already exists.

And for years I have stated police unions have destroyed the police force.

This is how you have 70 percent not capable of doing their jobs do to lack of physical fitness.

This lack of fitness carries over to marksmanship, control of adrenaline dumps, tactical awareness etc...which creates terrible problems.

If you support police it should be getting rid of unions, requiring physical fitness, rotations from high risk patrolling, psychological support and pay based on risk.
