Every politician's worst nightmare Judicial Watch is going to court to get the old documents for the old Clinton Whitewater prosecutions that landed some people in jail and seemed to allow Bill and Hillary to slip by.

JW wants the indictment papers for Bill and Hillary that were never executed.

The National Archives and the Records Administration has this stuff but so far refuses to release anything.

They cite "privacy" as the reason for keeping the big secrets secret.

Maybe this could turn out to be very very interesting should JW actually get ahold of these documents.

Back in the 1990s, there was a huge investigation.

Push to unseal the draft Whitewater indictment against Hillary Clinton gets court date

A federal appeals court will hear a case brought by Judicial Watch on Friday to make public draft indictments of Hillary Clinton from the Whitewater scandal in the 1990s.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act requests, wants copies of the documents that the National Archives and Records Administration has declined to release. It filed a FOIA request for the documents in March 2015 and in October 2015 the group sued for the 238 pages of responsive records.

According to Judicial Watch: “The National Archives argues that the documents should be kept secret, citing grand jury secrecy and Clinton’s personal privacy.”

They'll be "stolen", like the Lee Harvey Oswald documents recently were.

Did you know that Eric Holder was the pardon attorney that worked on Whitewater?

I hope that the folks at JW have good bodyguards.

The Clintons already have quite the body count... funeral homes are a growth industry in Arkansas...

Or they'll release blank documents and say it's all classified at the time.

Or black-out (redact) all but a few words.

This reportedly was the "good-bye Arkansas" song of the Clintons in 1992........

In the mean time, besides going after Clinton, can we also get an indictment against the Bush administration for all the lies that got us into the wars in the Middle East? I'm all for going after politicians and presidents involved in crimes. The problem I have is how the Bush administration gets a free ride for causing the deaths of so many innocent Iraqi civilians and American soldiers!!! Yet the only outrage Americans have is for the Clintons! As if they're the only political elite marred in scandals!

A simple Google search can find some of the worst offenses and scandals by past presidents. Political cherry picking when it comes to criminal offenses doesn't do justice for the American people. The President of the United States, representatives of Congress and the Senate should be held accountable no matter what their party affiliation.

Nixon get's caught red-handed but is pardoned by his Vice President? How convenient is that? Our political system is rigged to protect these people. Any one of us would be put in jail at the drop of a hat.

Foster was a suicide... shot himself twice in the head. Tough S.O.B... one shot to the skull is normally all that it takes...

The Oswald documents disappearing was a primer for the Clinton information disappearing. They want to set the up the playing field so Clinton's will not be the first ones to disappear.

next thing you know they'll be a national treasure that happens to be next to a store for classified documents being demolished in plain sight.
not only will people accept it, they'll gladly start a war with some not-so-random third world country over it.

not to point out wtc7 or anything...

kinda wish some entity would up and leak all the secrets so we as a country could start weeding out the cancer that is thriving on secretive government agencies.

Good luck with that.

Cheney and Rumsfeld's shenanigans go back to Viet Nam, and don't forget Bush 1 was director if the CIA. The Clintons are no doubt crooked as it gets, but they aren't as good at covering it up.
