This Canadian band is wildly popular here. Although I'm not a fan I can see their value. They're kinda like our E Street Band.

They are done now. Gord's(frontman and key writer) dying of brain cancer. Probably won't see the end of the year. Hope you like them as much as my fellow countrymen.

Oh Geez, I used to listen to one of their earlier albums...back in like 1994 Im guessing...lol now Im going to have to see if I can find that. I really only liked a couple of their songs, but they had/have talent

I don't know how anyone could not be a fan... the hip are the only band i've seen where every song on almost every record is good... to each their own i suppose

but the songs they usually play are far from the best they have...

I saw TH in concert back around 1990, I think. They were the opening act for Eric Johnson. They played a great set, and then the lead singer came out after the set and talked to us while the roadies set up the stage for EJ. Seemed like a funny, likable guy.
