He is a big Trump hater. He says Trump is a liar, a bastard, a racist, a fag, a rapist, a racist, all sorts of things. He said Trump will be out of office before the end of this year. He says Trump will never donate the 1 million he pledged to donate to help Harvey victims. Ooops.

Sounds like this fella Schwartz has an axe to grind.

I simply can't understand why.

Probably because he's not right in the head.

Well when you look at Trump's past it's not very surprising to think he wouldn't make good. Trump is a man after all who used his charity to pay his son's $8 Boy Scouts fee.

True. But Trump is president. He has to make good on his pledges. He's not a private celebrity anymore who can pledge anything and never deliver like those celebs who each promised 1 million donation to Harvey victims and never deliver. 1 million from Sandra Bullock. Where would she get that much money?

Huh??
Her net worth is around 200 million, she is a producer and actress.
Trump has a bad history so not surprising his writer thought he might welch.

So the billionaire donates a million?

Meh.

Right?
I'm in debt but donated $10. Not much, but more than I technically have. Did you donate?

If he didn't donate all his money and his soul, he must be the devil. What an assh*le to donate a million dollars..

If trump was black he'd be the best president the USA has ever had .

He can't even be called a writer.

What's sad is that it's news that he actually delivered on a pledge for charity.

Probably because like the majority of people Trump has hired to work for him, Trump stiffed him.

Charitable donations are deductible against tax so I wonder how much the Million will actually cost Mr Trump.
Of course we will never know because this Presidents tax returns are off limits.

Well, there's a difference between Trump's press secretary saying he's going to donate a million dollars and him actually handing over a check.

I haven't seen any photos of him handing over a check to anyone.

But But But

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed to The Hill that the president cut checks to 12 organizations helping the the Gulf region recover from the monster storm, which devastated swaths of southeast Texas and Louisiana last month.

The Hill confirmed with multiple groups that they received the funds this week.

Interesting, but the numbers hardly add up to a million.

You may understand my skepticism given his poor record and the fact that funds from his inauguration fundraiser still haven't been disbursed. And he has a history of having to be shamed into making donations (he says he will but actual check writing requires public announcements that he failed to follow through.)

It would be a GOOD sign if he did it without being goaded and if he gave the full million. Most wealthy people secure their legacy with charity.

So far his track record has been bad, but I'm willing to wait and see if there's complete proof that he donated a million.
