Tonight, Daily Wire editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro is slated to speak at University of California at Berkeley. The build-up has been national news, as Antifa’s history of violent activity against non-leftists has required extraordinarily heavy security measures from Berkeley and its police department. A spokesperson for the Berkeley campus stated that over $600,000 had been expended on security alone. The title of Shapiro’s speech: “Fighting Campus Thuggery.”

Because Shapiro is so very scary. If he were a leftist, we'd be calling him and quintessential Pajama Boy. The only real presence he has is intellectual prowess.

Why wouldn't I want violent agitators to be sprayed for an easier arrest?? They still forbid its use on a general crowd of protestors. They can only target individuals who are actively engaged in violent acts or destructive behavior.

The schmucks aren't only anti free speech, they're anti community and anti local business.

The only speeches that need protection are the unpopular ones. So what better way to practice that very right (and expose those with facist tendencies) than to bring it to their face?
