You know what it is? I work 40 hours a week. 1/3 of my paycheck goes to social programs i don't use. why is that? because half of white trash america, and alot of minorities think this is a socialist country and want a free ride. I've seen it personally, and it makes me sick.

Am i racist? not at all. One of my best friends is black, and he busts his ass all day to make his life work out.

you know what the difference is? he doesn't have a world owes me a living attitude. his father also taught him that he can do anything he wants to.


why am i a republican?

#1. I cannot stand whiners like michael moore. guns are a tool. get over it.

#2. Taxes. I'm sick to death of my money going to jerry's kids. (not lewis, springer.)

#3. I could care less about gay/lesbian affairs. as long as they don't screw on the street in front of my kids, and keep it in thier "bathroom" i couldn't be happier. in fact, i may actually get around to celebrating divercity.

Furhtermore, it is not my place to judge anyone for their misdeeds. It is God's. Therefore, I can't judge gays as being evil as you republicans do. That is for ANOTHER. Money for education? Some groups just think it needs more money - how about reform? How about letting ME take my money and use it to send my child to private school in the form of a voucher? Why not have a little competition in the failing public school system? Can it REALLY hurt to try at this point? Or - should we just send them more money?

Why does my money have to keep going to people that can do for themselves? Why don't we pay for everyone�s retirement and everyone�s drugs? Look to the economies of France, Germany and other countries 'over there' where they are protesting over their lucrative pensions that the are placing a heavy burden on their economy. It's been predicted that France will have a 3rd world economy in 50 years.

Socialized medicine, eh? Look at Cuba - yes, much different than them but look at Canada then. If you go into the hospital to give birth you had better of thought to bring your own diapers - cause they won't give them to you. Whereas I, not to long ago, walked out of a hospital with a car load of free diapers compliments of (one of those diaper makers ) in the name of marketing. Also note that I wouldn't have been refused there if I didn't have insurance. Also think about why are medicine here is so much: Other countries, especially Canada, price-fixes their drugs. The US subsidizes Canada, to be short. Though I think their profit margins are way high - I wouldn't want to loose the inovation we get from these drug companies, really. No, what we true Democrats want is our party back from the extremist who seem to revel in driving our party farther away from its true origin and ideology. We want our leaders to release their hate thats clouded their vision and become the initiate for their decisions instead of quality representation of the American people. We want our leaders to stop objecting to values we hold dear for no more a reason than to disagree with the other side. We want to stop playing the "victim" and show America we have some common sense. I've been in this party a long time but our behavior since 1990 has driven us farther apart from the rest of the country. If we truly represent the little man, then we must stop allying with the elite whos chief goal is the halting of progress which has made our country great and allowed us all to obtain a lifestyle that none other in the world can rival..yes even our poor live above most of the world. In fact, fellow democrats, we must take our party back or I fear we must prepare for its ultimate defeat at the hands of the extremists who have infiltrated and now use it as an expendable weapon against liberty.
