She's anthropomorphizing the hurricanes. A more scientific--though disproven--hypothesis is the Earth is a self-regulating complex system to support life--some have used this to advance these notions:

Well, Spoiler Alert!
She definitely has taken a serious stance and truly believes that global warming is man made, 100%. So, there's that.

I haven't seen the trailer for the movie, but I'm guessing the theme is Mother Nature is pissed, and here comes the MOAH! She's bought into the narrative, metaphorically. I don't think she really believes that Mother Nature is pissed.

The reporter keeps trying to steer the conversation toward politics and Donald Trump, but I think she does a good job staying clear of politics, even though her skate touches the ice, just a little bit.

I don't care if you watch the video. I was actually pissed I had to watch it, but I had to hear it with my own ears, that Jennifer Lawrence is blaming Trump for hurricanes. Turns out, she didn't say that, not even kinda.

I've never understood the actor/actress mentality. They can make 1 movie that has success and the next thing you know they think their smart & everyone wants to hear what they have to say....wrong. They simply use that celebrity as a bully pulpit. I could give a fat rats arse what this woman says. As well as several thousand others in and around Hollywood. J-Law is an actress that's it. A marginal actress at that. Why should anyone other than those in direct daily contact with this woman give a shat what she says. They shouldn't. Elizabeth Banks is way better looking and should have gotten better billing in the Hunger Games series. Not to mention she's killing it on those Realtor.com commercials.
