Hey I agree. I didn't say his decision was wrong. I just asked why didn't he you know negotiate. That's supposed to be his super power isn't it?

Maybe he is prepping for negotiations with Ryan?

Who's that? We're all laughing at trump. Him and his pushed out chest and plumped up plumage.
Him so great at everything in his own mind and so bad at everything in reality.
I think it's someone else who's crying.

Oh I don't know somewhere in between 18 months that the republicans wanted so they could work on cutting taxes and the three months offered by the opposition? Since when does anyone take the first offer?

Where are those great negotiating skills we heard so much about?

I am assuming he took the deal to get SUPPORT to texas as fast as possible instead of spending god knows how long to negotiate to sometbing else. I think all he cared about was helping texas as fast as possible....kinda wierd seeing democrats complain when he sides with democrats, oh well, at least texas will get theor aid faster.

What is this thread even about? Is there any real content or a question to discuss?

If you don't see the strategy now, you never will.

You'll have to wait for the next Democrat President and Congress.

The strategy being whatever impulsive thing Trump does to nurse his fragile ego?

One of Mr. Trump's alleged strengths was his ability to get things done by being a skilled negotiator.

Is the example of what he did with the Democrats yesterday an example of that, or not?

You are absolutely correct in this case mostly because there's nothing "to get."

Oh look another "wahhhh Drumph wahhhhh, wahhhh, wahhhhhh!" thread.

Oh look another "wahhhh wahhhh someone said something about Trump I don't like" comment.

You can say anything you want about Trump, I could care less.

It's just funny to see individuals whose entire life has been consumed by crying about Trump and playing a victim.

Entire life?

Lol we must all be newborn babies then eh

I see politicians working together. All of the talk about how he is not bringing anything together and he gets his two worst critics to agree on something that is not bad for us. However, it is leverage of him later. Those two made a deal with the devil in my eyes.

I don't understand this "logic"

You've literally said this time and time and time again.... care to expand on this master strategy? Or nah?

Purposeful ambiguity works much better than detailed specifications when it comes to partisan agendas, right

I truly wish people would understand that these "it's all part of a secret super duper pooper scooper 4d interdimensional-quantum chess game," is literally a sticking point of a cultist methodology

My wife once said to me, "You've given me everything I've ever wanted. I have nothing to complain about. So I'm going to complain about having nothing to complain about."

Reading this thread reminded me of that conversation.

Not sure why. . . . .
