Did Imran Want Capitol Police To Find Wasserman Schultz’s Laptop?

Great story summing up some of the "facts" surrounding the Debbie-Wasserman-Schultz // Imran Awan scandals.

Apparently that laptop that stirred up all kinds of trash was "found" by the Capitol Police along with ID badges and a letter.

It was found in an office in a different building than Debbie's office.

And, Debbie has changed her story about who "owns" the damn thing !!

Somebody's hiding some very dirty secrets.

Could be possible that ol' Imran got zonked on some money somehow and is actually going to take down the guilty party(s).

A laptop that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz has frantically fought to keep prosecutors from examining may have been planted for police to find by her since-indicted staffer, Imran Awan, along with a letter to the U.S. Attorney.

U.S. Capitol Police found the laptop after midnight April 6, 2017, in a tiny room that formerly served as a phone booth in the Rayburn House Office Building, according to a Capitol Police report reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group. Alongside the laptop were a Pakistani ID card, copies of Awan’s driver’s license and congressional ID badge, and letters to the U.S. attorney. Police also found notes in a composition notebook marked “attorney-client privilege.”

She is going get her hair pulled real hard this time.

It seems as if this is going to lead to something big, but if recent history tells us anything it probably will not.

It is even more interesting when you read that the identification found with the laptop were (two of three) copies.
So, it isn't like... 'Oops! I left my driver's license with my bosses laptop in an odd room that I had no reason to be in.'
Oops, I copied two of my ID's and accidentally left them with a laptop!

Something is wrong in this whole picture so far. Why would he agree to come back unless he is being given a free pass for any personal activities he has committed. The feds are after Debbie in a big way.

Whoa. this is deep. But perhaps it wasn't meant to be found by police. Maybe someone else who failed to pick it up in time.

We will likely never know the depths of the rabbit hole but I will bet this is enough to keep her from ever being nominated again. He opponent will surely make sure those who don't know are appropriately informed.

Didn't seem to bother most Democrats.

It would make sense that he kept it at least as leverage if they tried to set him up later...why else would they even keep the damned thing around? If I've got a bunch of incriminating sh!t on a laptop, and I knew it could get me into some serious trouble, I'd have destroyed the thing.

That's something that has bothered me all along, actually. There is only one reason someone would do that...so they could use it later. He hid it somewhere, or someone else removed it from where he had it stashed and held onto it until the timing was right...either way, normal reasoning people don't keep incriminating electronic evidence locked in a closet somewhere for a rainy day.

Does anyone know the date George Webb knocked on Andre Taggart's door and discovered the Laptops, BBs and equipment in the Awan garage?

I am wondering if this event was the catalyst for the laptop being left in Rayburn on the night of April 6.
