Evolution is the change to life after life has formed. Saying life was created is an opinion of a creator, nothing more.

Evolution is not responsible for the intelligence which allows for it...
That would be like saying it's responsible for creation...
Because the intelligence for it to be possible would have to be in place first...
That is sufficient proof of intelligent design...

There are a number of hypotheses on how the universe came to be. One states it always has been, so no need for it ever to be “created”.
