Of course I am amazed by your brain pan also..
And thou art a lover of the sea...
You do have an odd sense of humor and are mist tenacious also...
All respectable and admirable...
I don't look up to many on this site but have a genuine respect for you...
Is that enough?

We are all children of the sea. Ultimately.

So they say...
I remain unconvinced...
However I heard a story once about the day the waters were created...
Sort of fits...

Faith is fine.
Orthodoxy for its own sake...questionable.

Dont be stuck on my Faith...
Perhaps it is why I see things different...
Yet I am unconvinced of that myself...
The biggest supporters of evolution use it as a tool to attempt to disprove creation...
Then say creation has nothing to do with evolution...
All things that exist are created...
This is undeniable...
They are after all brought into existence...
So without creation there is no existence let alone evolution...
Thus any and all evolution is allowed by creation...
Therefore they are not truly so separate factually they are undeniably linked...
Therein lies the truth to this whole mess...

Their book doesn't agree with evolution...

Or only talking about the percentage similarity of "the two alleles in single-copy, autosomal regions in the Ulindi genome" ... while ignoring to mention any numbers for the rest of the genomes you should also be comparing to get a number that is representative of a whole genome to whole genome [base for base] comparison (without ignoring the differences in the order and exact placing certain sequences are found when they are found in a different place in one genome compared to another)?

It's always so convenient to ignore the differences in order (not count that as different in similarity percentages), some people even take it one step further in their claims (almost as if some people think that their ignoring it makes that reality/fact go away and they are justified in making claims to the contrary, that there is no difference in the order):

The problem is...
Creation and evolution are portrayed as polar opposites...
This is wrong.... Because it is wrong...
This dichotomy is intellectual dishonesty...
And it results in the same dishonesty being portrayed as "truths" without full understanding...
It's hindering real progress intellectually spiritually morally...

Creation and evolution are portrayed as polar opposites..

By whom?

Many both sides...
It's done here often enough...
If you believe hybridization is evolution I can agree with that much whole heartedly...
If you believe all life sprang forth from a random chemical reaction in the primordial ooze I am unconvinced...
Genetically speaking there is not enough time in the entirety of the life span of the universe to over come those odds...
The fact it would have had to happen more than once only makes me more suspect....

They are a direct reflection on the time and numbers required for possibility for it to occur though...

Nope.
When something happens, it happened. You should be able to relate to that concept.

If we have all the time and chances accounted for and it's not enough it will never occur...
Because genetically speaking those brick walls eliminate the chance factor to almost null...

I'm not confident that you are well enough versed on the science of genetics to make such a statement.
