It is in the federal court system as we speak. If congress cant resolve it the courts will and the courts will rule in the obvious - the DACA program is unconstitutional and illegal as it violates us immigration law.

Democrats and Obama created this mess and have no one else to blame but themselves for it.

and if Chuck wants to be like that all Trump has to do is veto any and all legislation with DACA attached to it. see how long it takes the American people to get pissed because Democrats are putting non citizens ahead of their own constituents.

Yup.. and since I was explaining the requirements to be President your comment is relevant how? Or did you not know you had to be at least 35 years old to run for President in addition to being a natural born citizen? Seeing how Democrats feel laws dont apply to them I could see your confusion.

I'm saying you don't have to show ID on demand. The original thought expressed is that at a protest the cops should just card everyone and haul away the illegals. The authorities can not demand you show ID unless they suspect you of committing a crime.
Let's not drag every ID issue of mankind ever into the conversation.

Suspecting is a human judgment. Suppose a city half the population are illegals from a certain country. Any reasonable person living in that city would suspect anyone in that city from that country to be an illegal and demand ID from that person upon encounter.
