It does look different not saying it is something else, but I didn't see the bolt connections or the concrete base or leg extensions covered in what looked like some waterproofing epoxy shown in the earlier images...

Looked at betterbpictures and saw the bolts they are at the very top of the long pole looking things and it is the pole like appendages that are covered in concrete or epoxy. So the photos were the very top of it and the rest was buried in sand. It also said it had electrical wires running through it
