I get a lot of requests on my page from friends to listen to music from their favorites,

This one i liked, and felt others here would enjoy it too.

I actually love his old song moonlight shadow, it is not one of his favorite one's but always sent a shiver down my spine and I love Maggie Reilly the singers voice in it as well.

Many of his track's are among my favorites.

My favorite Mike Oldfield material is from his first three albums. I especially love Ommadawn!

A very nice rendition by Mike Oldfield. I've added the Canadian Version for those who cannot watch the American Version you've added.

Thank You!

I had the Tubular Bells and Omma Dawn albums on vinyl and cassette back in the day. Of course I was into Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, ELP and other "head" music back then. Although not too popular in the States, he has quite a musical history. Thanks for the memories.

Nice, you've got good taste then! I'd much rather be in space but to each his own lol

Well, my fav Oldfield track was this one...

However, if you have time to kill then the instrumental Tubular Bells is good for a long glass wine. Slip to 23:10 for the clonking.
