He's 85 years old, going on 86. It's time to let the young'uns do the hard work.

But the "Right" are suppose to be better people.

I guess Jesus gives the Right a pass on do unto others as you would have done to you......

Better than what? Does it make one less good to want a man cleared who was charged for obeying the law? Judges do NOT get to set the laws, you know. He was ordered, illegally, to disobey the law, and he rightly refused. The charges were a witch hunt. Far cry from pardoning actual criminals, who went on to kill people, don't you think??

Police need probable cause to detain a person. If you match a suspect's description that is probable cause. Being brown however is not probable cause. Even if every illegal immigrant in Maricopa County is Hispanic they're still far outnumbered by the legal Hispanics.

Also, all the judge said is for the MCSO to fix their practices to comply with the law and that a monitor would be appointed. It was the DHS, the agency responsible for immigration enforcement, that told them to cease enforcing immigration laws. That came after the DOJ investigated what was going on in Maricopa County. An investigation that was well within their power.

At the end of the day the only people that overstepped their bounds were Arpaio and his deputies. And those parties have admitted as such. The MCSO admitted they were employing unconstitutional tactics in Ortega Melendres v. Arpaio. While Arpaio plead guilty to contempt during the civil trial on the matter.

The courts and the DHS were hardly unbiased. This all took place during the reign of a very lawless and racist administration, remember? Anything to protect criminals, and attack police, was the norm for that bunch.

If one is looking for illegals from over the southern border, it's not racist to stop those that look like they came from over the border, and ask for ID. Legal citizens, and green card workers, would have proof of who they were. Illegals would not. No different from looking for any other sort of criminal.

The contempt charge isn't related to anything racist, nor is it an admission of anything racist. He admitted to ignoring an order not to enforce the law.

O's DHS was as corrupt as his Injustice Department. Remember that list of who was considered a "potential terrorist"?? That was discussed on this site, and others. Virtually anyone made the cut.

Everyone that Obama pardoned admitted their guilt and served time. Arpaio is guilty, that's why he needed a pardon. However, no pardon will wash the criminal stink off that POS, Arpaio.

Not true. Some did serve time, and then got loose, and went out to commit more crimes. these were serious criminals, not lawmen some judge decided to punish for doing their job.

He's still pardoned, and Trump is still president.

Please identify the "some" people that President Obama pardoned who went on to "commit more crimes", from this linked list: List of people pardoned by Obama
