Never heard about any smear campaign against Antifa.

Unless your talking about the ones Antifa provides on video, every time they show up somewhere.

The do a good enough job proving they are complete morons.

Have you ever actually spoken to a member of Antifa?

Or are you basing your judgement on what the right-wing bloggers and brietbart say about them?

I suggest finding some and talking to them. THey are interesting people, and not at all what the media paints them as.

Do you go out of your way to talk to the people in the KKK? Maybe they are interesting people too.

Anything to avoid completely denouncing a domestic terrorist group that confirms your biases and adds to your echo chamber, ya?

Why do you say that.

Uh? Because it's true? Why else would I have said it?

No you railed against the OP in regard to those false twitter accounts just to suit your bias in propaganda. What the OP is giving is true, it doesn't matter about anything else, and that's why I mentioned the CNN investigation into an actual group, which might be not so good, while it may not be representative of the whole, just tone it down a bit, thank you.

At least between these unite-the-white rallies and the accompanying counter-protesters, we can be reasonably assured that nobody's missing work.

Mr Higgins told the BBC the campaign was "pretty clumsy", with obvious signs of being orchestrated.

"Many of the accounts tweeting the images were clearly made in the last ten hours and had very few followers," Mr Higgins explained.

"This was a transparent and quite pathetic attempt, but I wouldn't be surprised if white nationalist groups try to mount more sophisticated attacks in the future."

Given this was an 'obvious,' 'clumsy,' 'transparent,' 'pathetic,' easily-debunked hoax...who benefits most from having orchestrated it?

ANTIFA or the 'far-right?'

Answer that (honestly), and you have the prime suspect.

I wonder where all of the people who say "we should defend Nazism and Nazi's Constitutional rights," when it comes to Antifa.

Funny how that works.

Well as John Kerry said once upon a time in 'Murica.

'Americans have the right to be stupid'.

Covers both the ALT LEFT and ALT RIGHT.

Well, it is true that intelligence and sophistication aren't exactly hallmarks of the far right's MO.

I know that speech, most germans do have to write an exam about it in middle school, depening on the substate

But only in a nutshell. I see it as the counter-part to the extreme far right. They are both equally disturbed, both use the same tactics partly adopted from AH.

I don't believe either side shines in intellect or suffers from greater stupidity. I'm not a supremacist.

They are the far right because they live in single wide trailers who will not blame their life failures on their own poor life choices and so its got to be someone else holding them down.

Intelligence and sophistication just doesn't pop into my mind either...lol

Good God, no. That Utopian paradise America is still at least a decade down the road.

And you are a perfect example of that.
You are claiming that the left are nazis because of national socialism while you at same time defend those who are carrying a real nazi flag and are proud to be Nazis.

We'll never know.

And anyone that insists they know it was, in fact, the 'far-right,' is way too partisan to judge anyone else's intellect and sophistication.

Claim ?

Nah I just read Hitlers OWN WORDS.

Maybe others should too.

It is not Germany that will turn Bolshevist but Bolshevism that will become a sort of National Socialism. Besides, there is more that binds us to Bolshevism than separates us from it…. I have always made allowance for this circumstance, and given orders that former Communists are to be admitted to the party at once. The petit bourgeois Social-Democrat and the trade union boss will never make a National Socialist, but the Communist always will.

Aren’t these liberals, those reprobate defenders of individualism, ashamed to see the tears of the mothers and wives, or don’t these cold-blooded accountants even notice? Have they already grown so inhuman that they are no longer capable of feeling? It is understandable why bolshevism simply removed such creatures. They were worthless to humanity, nothing but an encumbrance to their Volk. Even the bees get rid of the drones when they can no longer be of service to the hive. The Bolshevik procedures are thus quite natural.

The party is all-embracing. It rules our lives in all their breadth and depth… There will be no license, no free space, in which the individual belongs to himself. This is Socialism… Let them then own land or factories as much as they please. The decisive factor is that the State, through the party, is supreme over them, regardless whether they are owners or workers.

To put it quite clearly: we have an economic programme. Point No. 13 in that programme demands the nationalisation of all public companies, in other words socialisation, or what is known here as socialism. … the basic principle of my Party’s economic programme should be made perfectly clear and that is the principle of authority… the good of the community takes priority over that of the individual. But the State should retain control; every owner should feel himself to be an agent of the State; it is his duty not to misuse his possessions to the detriment of the State or the interests of his fellow countrymen. That is the overriding point. The Third Reich will always retain the right to control property owners. If you say that the bourgeoisie is tearing its hair over the question of private property, that does not affect me in the least. Does the bourgeoisie expect some consideration from me?… Today’s bourgeoisie is rotten to the core; it has no ideals any more; all it wants to do is earn money and so it does me what damage it can. The bourgeois press does me damage too and would like to consign me and my movement to the devil.

It's curious isn't it ... how those that think of themselves as "right-wing" can't seem to come up with ANYTHING original?

I mean, they stole Social Justice Warrior from radical feminists, they stole TRIGGERED from Social Justice Warriors, Richard Spencer creates the Alt-Right ... and the best that the "white-wing" can do is ape that ... because they don't even understand the meaning of their own term?

What does the "right" actually originate besides Neo-Nazis, White Supremacy and alternate facts again?

First I'm not alt-Right or whatever and I'm not even a Republican, nor do I actually support Trump. I'm also sickened by White Nationalist and the KKK. Now that we have that out of the way -

ANTIFA has been declared a terrorist organization by New Jersey and we have all seen them in action. I think many of them are kiddies who think they are anarchists, who are in it just for the fun of it, who get off on causing trouble and getting away with it. For them radical protest is party time.

But this thread is about a smear campaign against them. It's not hard to smear a group like ANTIFA, they do a fine job of making themselves look bad. Why anyone would try and make them look good is beyond me. They are just thugs.
