But you agree with their basic goals and premise, right?

Anti-fascism?

What is their basic premise? I say it is just anarchist objectives... You can't convince me that these were not the same people under Obama that called themselves the 99%ers that were protesting rich people for holding them back.

So ... the "right" doesn't have words of their own?

I mean, you know, other than the obvious ones like "Blood and Soil" and "Jews will not overtake us?"

Except it destroys your whole point.

Churchill, the stalwart defender against Nazism and fascism in general, saying that those evils will come in the guise of their opposition in the future? Priceless.

Finding out that THE anit-Nazi/fascist never said it? Never mind.

Why import when our domestic is of even better quality, Neo?

Your right.

One of their own.

FDR.

No democracy can long survive which does not accept as fundamental to its very existence the recognition of the rights of its minorities. Letter to Walter Francis White, president of the NAACP (25 June 1938)

GD FDR was a nazi sympathizer!

Who said I was proud? I simply said the "Antifas" I knew held PhDs.

I also know people that support UTR. They're heroin addicts that were homeless.

From what I understand and have experienced, Antifa is a very general term used to describe many people with very different levels of "engagement".

You have yuppies and hipsters in the cities that wear tshirts against fascism and some of them take self-defense classes, all the way up to the young Black Bloc types that use anti-fascism as a good reason to riot and fight.

Lot's of people in between.

They are not a cohesive, well organized entity.

Or you could ignore the fringe and hear the other bits. "Family first" would be a decent, first angle to take.

When I said "both premises" I was referring to ANTIFAP and BLM. Racism and sexism is, by definition, holding different demand, expectations, and benefits for people based on their skin color and.or sex/sexuality. BLM is widely on record with demands related to what they demand from "white males" and ANTIFAP has stood with them in those demands in so much as BLMs demands are focused on people other than ANTIFAP... (though when the attention swings, both groups turn hostile against each other, a fact which America would be wise to exploit the hell out of and resolve this miniature uprising with the best outcome possible.)

Any group that either gets its way or tears up jack is the definition of entitlement, at least in so much as most tantruming children throw their little baby tantrums because they believe they are entitled to receive their demands.

What censorship? I've never said that Nazis can't try to promote their hate. However I'm not going to cry a tear if they get their face bashed in.

The point of a thought experiment is that it exceeds currently achievable or even possible stimuli. Although I would argue this scenario is very much achievable. 10% of the population have an acceptable position towards neo-Nazis and Confederate flag sales are up (Check out Kessler's comments to find out why that's significant.)

Also, it's not like we haven't already elected fascists to positions of power. Just look at Joe Arpaio as a chief example.

Both censorship and political violence? I know of many tyrants that would agree with you.

Someone already showed me your "10%" of the population, which magically rounded up from 9% for some reason. And the question was regarding whether it was acceptable to hold neo-Nazi or white supremacist views, not have an acceptable position towards neo-nazis. I, for one, believe it is acceptable to hold any view. That's how freedom of thought works.

Thus why I use "Antifa" in quotes. The people I know that this site would consider "Antifa" are primarily involved with Black Bloc.

Anti-fascism. I think we can all agree with that. Right?

Those on the streets seems to be anarchists that intertwine with the Black Bloc folks that like to riot and fight just for fun.

You can't convince me that these were not the same people under Obama that called themselves the 99%ers that were protesting rich people for holding them back.

Then you have a closed mind. There may be some that were part of that, but this is a completely different ordeal.

Might I suggest a tin foil hat?
