Here's some.

www.washingtontimes.com...

Heres some more.

www.cnn.com...

Since we are not a nation of laws.

And get to pick and choose which ones to be followed.

Let the gun control free zones reign supreme.

But that's what I'm saying. You just posted two incidents. Not thousands or millions. See it is a small problem. We've got way worse problems. you then said about following laws. Yes. We already have a protected border, border agents, immigration laws. Let's beef em up. Nobody wants a wall except trump and I guess those of us like you with lot's of excess tax money to spend. Good for you.

Anyone think the US Government should be shut down unless We The People pay for his wall?

Civics is your friend.
Why would the government be shut down?

Veto.

Now where's the Statue ?

Another example of flip-flop.

In early press questions to Trump by Journalists:
"How should issues of statues be decided?"

Answer by Trump: "That should be local."

But now it's "They are removing History and Heritage."
Heritage is a code word for the times of White Male Land Owner Rule.

History indicates that those days are over.

Uh?

Money collected from Mexico would have to go through congress to be spent on the construction.

Did I miss the part where Mexico has sent us a check?

Cuz last I heard their President told Trump to stick it somewhere...

So in your "alternative" reality...what Trump meant by "Mexico" paying for the wall was that we would pay for it first and then they would eventually change their mind and send us a check?

We are just covering a friend for twenty bucks?...A friend who has told us to eff-off?

This is what I mean by warped realities accommodating Trump's crazy dishonesty.

That MEXICO would pay for...

They chanted it at every rally...

Has Trump wiped that from your reality?

A border wall is something I won't really mind my tax dollars going to.

Personally I would like to see our 3rd World PowerGrid updated at 7 Trillion as well as our crumbling bridges? before they fail us...but hey a wall will benefit the Trump construction group and I guess we could do it around our oceans too...

I am curious other than keeping out illegal immigrants exactly how does it benefit me? (I don't really expect an answer since support for a wall when our country needs to get out of 20th century is ridiculous...)

Who's going to pay for this political division?

We all are.

This op is the reason taxes are so high.

Fight the 2 fake sides, pick your side and never address the problem.

Embrace and spread ignorance.

Get your eye on the ball.

Think of all the money we'll save if the government shuts down non-essential Services, as they have done several times over the past couple decades.

Redirect those savings to building TRUMP Wall.

Have we reach end state to determine any form of conclusion yet?

Why are people constantly triggering on events that have not reached a point to actually make a logical response.

Would you happen to have an extra copy of this code book so we can all follow along?

Maybe they should pony up for it then?
First it was Mexico, now it's the taxpayers.
Down with Chumpy Cheeto.

Well if I had to pay taxes into a trillion dollar ACA failure I'm sure you can hold your nose to a wall being built...lol

Weird. I was going to link to the video on National Policy Institute(Richard Spencer's) website front page. Not there. The web host cancelled their account.

But anyway: Save the statue, save White Heritage!

I know a lot of people who were able to receive life-saving care because they could afford insurance, so I don't mind my taxes helping others.

But I do understand the sentiment.

Maybe they could divert some money for other pet GOP priorities:
- Military budget they want to increase to keep picking fights around the world
- Nuclear weapons they want to build more of so we can be sure to have the most efficient, modernized means of vaporizing innocent people

True, but once again you and others seem to be triggered over something that has not reach an end state to make a determination one way or the other. It seems so many just assume Mexico will not pay a dime into this project that at this point in time has hardly even started and I think we need to sit back eat some pop corn and watch the show play out first.

It doesn't trigger anything in me. Life goes on as usual. I just like making fun of Comrade Cheeto and his asinine ideas--the wall being perhaps the biggest.

You're right to point out that this has a ways to go yet.

If the wall gets built and the nation can survive trump, it's going to be the ultimate monument to tear down. Glorious!

The wall is a physical barrier that would not be very easy to get over or around, so like a locked door it keeps out 99% of the people thinking about coming here, or going through the door. The other 1% will break the door to get in...get around the wall in some way etc. This is also where we have physical patrols, UAVs electronic senors etc that whittles these numbers down even more.

That is the physical aspect of it, so now the psychological impact.

The wall is a monument that we do not want illegal influx of people. We do not want to support any of this in anyway. We want legal immigration and legal work visa programs, that BTW a robust work visa program would pay for the wall very quickly. Add in actually enforcing fines to companies that use illegals over legal work visa holders and we would see a huge reduction in anyone wanting to come here illegally in the first place.

If a wall represents the core pillar of this attitude I feel it is well worth it to build.
