Fake news. These are Trump supporters - they brought them on to have a debate. Good for CNN for bringing the other side on to present their case. Not exactly sure how this went "terribly wrong" - I think it went exactly how CNN anticipated.

What a huge fail

If by "exactly how they anticipated" you mean, come on to completely destroy their own narrative and expose their extreme bias?

Then sure.

So you seriously thought they brought on known Trump supporters and didn't think they were going to support Trump? OK.

I'm sorry, I must have missed it, but who were the Trump supporters? Or is that just your projection because anyone disagreeing with the media must be a racist neo Nazi Trump supporter?

Fail again

Did you even watch the video?

You know, the one with the big title at the bottom that says "Trump Supporters Respond"???

Which I’m sure CNN added once they realized they couldn’t control the narrative...in any way, shape, or form!

Yes, I seen the video. The backfiring joke is on CNN due to the fact that those Americans were speaking quite logically about the fact they were not choosing sides based on emotions but awaiting until the facts are all in.

This situation is not about WW2. Just because there are 2 different groups does not mean one is right and the other is wrong. This is real life where both groups can be in the wrong.

The 'journalist' and CNN came off obviously biased and agenda driven. They may have thought they would make Trump supporters sound crazy...but all they did is show how determined they are to push an extreme agenda. Declaring that with a choice between 2 of anything means one has to be bad and the other good...is extremism!

Edit add: common sense is seeing someone put 2 glasses of poison kool-aid in front of you and when told to choose which to drink...you don't choose...you simply refuse to drink.

Were they speaking logically when they said they think it is all a conspiracy and they got most of their facts from Facebook???

I only heard the one woman make that statement. She was perturbed that she could not share it. When asked if that was due to it possibly being fake news...I believe she logically admitted that it was possible. She seemed logical and open minded to me.

That CNN creature... she thinks there were only two sides in World War 2. There were many, and yeah, the US fought against the Fascists and the Nazis then, too. Two sides. Why does that CNN newscreature see only two sides? Stupid, shallow, agenda pushing expletive.

What I find most ironic is that CNN women trying to suggest Antifa deserves no criticism... guess she missed the CNN report on Antifa the other day. Haha.

Thank you for posting this (S&F) or I would have never seen it. I actually listened to Trump's speech about S.C. and his words and condemnation of what was happening is no where near what the worthless lame stream (CNN) news has be saying and promoting.

Their agenda is nothing more than a smear campaign and is based on made up innuendo and flat out lies.

People really should listen to the accused speaker instead of the bought and paid for talking heads and their slanted opinion on anything.

That's not to say they weren't ready to use them. There were plenty of people on the UTR side interested about what conditions would allow them to legally shoot someone in Virginia.

The men refrenced at the riot in charlottesville were welcomed by th ecops as a neutral party. they actually helped both sides at times.

My faith is fully restored - that my friends is a group of actual Americans - Americans that I have come to know and love. I am now more convinced than ever that CNN & other state sanctioned media outlets are the enemy.

After watching Don Lemon yesterday with his panel of retards and now this bitch attempting to propagandize CNN's agenda - CNN got #in pwned by REAL Americans - big time.

CNN is VERY fake news
CNN is ISIS

Real Americans AND Trump for the win.

NB: Whilst we're discussing disgusting media and their anchor-muppets - did you watch MSNBC's Rashill Madcow promote perpetual warpigging with an obsessive-compulsive fervor yesterday?

These folks are more dangerous than ISIS, antifa and white supremacists put together - FACT

S&F - those 6 people remind me of 98% of ATS - the other 2% are the interviewer (correct - you know who you are)

I mean you can say that, and know it's clear -- I'm not a trump supporter and all I heard was CNN trying to force a narrative. For instance, the host justified Antifa's presence and turned a blind eye to them burning down buildings because they didn't do that in VA. Well the "supremacists" didn't either. She then said that when there is a conflict, one side is right, one is wrong -- that's not true. Sometimes one side is right, sometimes one side is wrong, sometimes both sides are right, sometimes both sides are wrong, and the bottom line is, she compared that rally that nobody was FORCED to attend, to WWII, where there was no option but to defend.

She then said because it's legal to open carry in VA, that it was worse that they were exercising their right to do so -- worse than the group who came to battle them by choice with bats and clubs and shields and body armor. How many people got shot? 0. How many people got hit by a bat? More than 1, and that's enough to prove the point. Neither message is one that's commendable, and the original protesters didn't intend on there being violence as evidenced by nobody being shot, the violence was instigated and antagonized by the counter-protesters [Antifa], and the police let it happen, KNOWING that the counter-protest was UNLAWFUL because they didn't get a permit to do so, while the "Nazis" did have a permit to protest. Everything the host said was a lie, and that's why people don't trust the media anymore. Yes I'm more inclined to believe a personal friend of mine who was there and witnessed it with their own eyes and recorded video and posted it to facebook over the trite that CNN is trying to ramrod down the american public's throat. They then selectively edited that interview to make it as damaging as possible [which they really couldn't do] by cutting out their spot on rebuttals to some of the craziest # the host said.

The host tried to misrepresent the nazi video with the torches as the group that rallied, when they were 1% of the 0.00032 percent of the population that was present at that rally. There were hundreds of people there and only around 30 "nazis." She then tried to say that Trump didn't condemn the hate groups, when he in fact did, numerous times and at every press event -- and has done so PRIOR to the rally in VA even happening. He's been denouncing the KKK and the white supremacists since the 1970's publicly and on TV.

The long and short of it is simple, they have a narrative to smear the president, and they are doing so with lies. It's a coup to grandstand the presidency, they are actively impeding the presidency on purpose. It's not Trump's fault someone got ran over, it's the local police who are at fault because the roads that lead through the protests groups should have been closed. It's the police departments fault that they funneled the protesters INTO the counter protesters who showed up ready for combat, knowing that the counter protesters weren't allowed to be there and that it was unlawful because they didn't get permitting permission prior.

I hate Trump, but he literally did nothing wrong in regards to the Charlottesville, VA rally. It's obvious that the police were at fault for the violence, and it's obvious that both sides of this particular protest were deplorable. It's clear and plain as day.

I think the fact that everything out her mouth was a lie and they answered to that effect proves that it went terribly wrong. They were expecting the panel to be idiots, and they weren't. They were trying to demonstrate that trump supporters were stupid, and they failed. I'd qualify that as "terribly wrong" -- how could you not?

It was a conspiracy, flat out, how could it not have been? The attendees came from all over the country, some from as far as california, bused in. The counter-protesters who didn't know, or shouldn't have known the protest was happening yet also traveled from all around the country.

How do you go from California to Virginia in response to a protest in the same day without some setup? Why was antifa paying people 25$'s an hour to attend? How were they getting there?

In other words, how could this have been an organic and completely coordinated grass roots counter protest that sprung up in response to the rally with attendees that literally came on buses from all around the country?

It's impossible to do that, because it's hard to do that with ample notice.

It takes someone ignorant to believe it wasn't planned from the start. Why would the police stand down and allow the violence to happen? Why didn't the police close the roads? Why did they funnel the protesters into the counter-protesters? Why did the counter-protesters who were protesting unlawfully get permission without a permit to continue protesting? The police are on record, knowing it was unlawful from the second the counter-protest started, which is why the police are under investigation.

So there is clear evidence, plainly that support the conspiracy, while there is no evidence to the contrary. The hypothesis that it was a conspiracy is sound, and is based on collected evidence. The over produced video of the nazi's walking with the torches is also another example of evidence. That was a produced news bit, that wasn't real -- you can see some people in it NOT chanting because they didn't agree with the chant, they were walking with them because they were paid to. You hear that they were armed openly with semi automatic weapons, yet -- there was not one person open carrying in that video.

I mean jesus h christ. Some people wouldn't believe grass is green while looking at grass being green -- and that's everyone who doesn't see this for what it is, not the people who correctly recognize the conspiracy. This was a setup to blame Trump. It's political theater to attempt to hurt his approval ratings. This is why the media continues to blame him, this is why the media continues to report that he didn't condemn the hate groups even though he did, and you can watch him do so yourself independently of what the media says. They are denying the truth and pushing out propaganda, because the entire rally, protesters and counter a like, were a staged event to push that propaganda.

It's manufactured news, which is proven to be fake. Sadly the media killed someone for real on purpose to push this narrative. Did you see the pictures and videos of the car that supposedly struck the woman? In one image it has two racing stripes, in the other image there are 0 racing stripes. Like, even the images of the vehicle are manufactured, which means they had a trial run.

Again -- I hate trump. I don't like him, but to not see this has nothing to do with him, and everything to do with the media's contempt for him is just the epitome of ignorance.

You gotta remember, almost all news stations today have some kind of agenda or message they are trying to push into our heads.

I honestly believe they are trying to divide us to a point were violence happens so they can say,"see what the current POTUS has caused."

No matter who the President is,I respect that person as my President. They were some I didn't care for,but they were still my President.

Thank you for being a true American. My views exactly, POTUS is POTUS!
No thanks required.

I will also say this folks.Remember the speech Reagan gave about our differences and an alien threat? What if the threat wasn't from another planet, but from another country? If we stay divided,do you know how simple it could be for another country to waltz in the US and destroy our nation? If the conditions were right,it very well may happen, and be much worse than that fateful day in Sept. 16 years ago.

We are all Americans first and foremost.I don't care if you are blue, green, purple or any other color,we are all a part of this great country. It's time we all came together as one or we'll all fall alone.

I apologize to Black Fox for being off topic.

I hope I can speak for us all when I say, no apologies necessary. To carry on with the concept of an American we are not hyphenated we either want to be a free human who lives in a country that allows that or not.

I didn't like DJT a lot like a lot of his voters, but MAGA idea is a spot on idea. Damn but he has won me a bit for telling what he feels is the truth and damn the consequences. I love a bit of truthiness with and edge it has a certain crispness to it like George Carlin used to give us. That type of thing being allowed by our Constitution people IS the freedom we all have living in America..... They want to bitch slap it out of our hands using those like CNN as their tool.

1 Thessalonians 2:14-15

14 For you, brothers and sisters, became imitators of God’s churches in Judea, which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own people the same things those churches suffered from the Jews 15 who killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets and also drove us out. They displease God and are hostile to everyone

None of it passes the black dot test:

God invited a speaker to engage other speakers to answer some question because a Nation's economy was terrible and people were fighting.

During the presentation, God took a large piece of white paper and made a small black dot at the center with a marking pen and called it CNN. Then God held the paper up before the group of speakers and asked them what they saw.

One person immediately replied, “I see a black dot.”

“Alright, well, what else do you see?”

Others joined in agreement: “A black dot.”

“Wow. Ok. Well don't you see anything besides the dot?” God asked.

A firm “No” came from the speakers and posters.

“What about the sheet of paper?” asked God. “I am sure you have all seen it. But you have chosen to overlook it.”

Judging by the divide that's growing bigger I would say the elite are winning.

Of course they are winning. Listen, we know 100% certain that the man, Jason Kessler, who organized the "unite the right" was/is a leftist who had participated in the far-left/socialist Occupy movement, he was a CNN correspondent, and he also voted for Obama.

To point out the fact that this "provocateur" is in fact a left-winger who was infiltrated to orchestrate these classes which would lead to "violence", here is what he posted in another blog.

...
“We get so caught up in the emotion of the violence that we don’t consider the long-term, historical consequences. To put it bluntly: the planet is overpopulated already. Maybe we shouldn’t try to cure every disease, we shouldn’t confiscate all the harmful drugs, etc. Perhaps we’d be happier if we made peace with the fact that rabid animals are going to dwindle the herd from time to time (as they have in much greater volume throughout history) & that’s not really a bad thing in the long run.”
...
Here's an article on the beneficial impact Genghis Khan's conquests had on the environment & sustainability, for example. There are already 7.125 BILLION people on Planet Earth. Try to extrapolate out how many people would be here now if EVERYONE had survived & had kids, which seems to be the ultimate aim of modern society... a right if you will... to defy the boundaries of nature. It'd be one hell of a dystopian nightmare that's for sure.

web.archive.org...://www.jasonkessler.net:80/blog/a-historical-perspective-on-mass-violence

He wrote the above in December 6, 2015

Kessler is obviously a leftwinger. He is in favor of "sustainability", and even proposed in that blog that overpopulation is a problem and insisted that culling the population through various methods "would be beneficial". This link above is an archive since many of his past posts have been deleted...

Also on December 9, 2015, he wrote in his blog:

...
I cant think of any occupation that I admire more than the professional provocateur, who has the courage & self-determination to court controversy despite all slings & arrows of the world.
...

web.archive.org...://www.jasonkessler.net/blog/random-thoughts-running-post

If you search the above quote, and his name, you will get a result linking to his deleted post in his blog.

This is not made up. I am not justifying the "white nationalists' in his group. But this man is a left-winger who funded that "far-right group" simply to cause violence.

For some reason i can't fix the links. But if you search the quotes i excerpted above, you will find the links.
