Famous U.S. Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi is getting the skeletons in her closet rattled now.

Apparently her Father (a former mayor of Baltimore) did some dedications to some very famous statues.

Yep, you guessed it.

He dedicated some Confederate Statues right there in Baltimore !!!!

This happened in the year 1948.

You would think Nancy would have "owned" up to this by now ?

Dirty Little Secrets !!

Yes, Nancy Pelosi’s dad helped dedicate a statue to Robert E. Lee and ‘Stonewall’ Jackson

Yesterday on Fox and Friends First, I said, “The truth is, the Democrats have a pretty poor history on Civil Rights, including Nancy Pelosi’s own father who was the Mayor of Baltimore — and was one of the people who dedicated statues to Robert E. Lee and ‘Stonewall’ Jackson, and in his speech said that they defended ‘sacred institutions.’ What are those ‘sacred institutions’? One of them is slavery.”

I’ve been asked to share the details of Minority Leader Pelosi’s father and his involvement with these Confederate statues. Pelosi’s father, Baltimore Mayor Thomas D’Alesandro, Jr., spoke as the mayor at the dedication of a monument to Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson in 1948.

At the dedication, he said, “Today, with our nation beset by subversive groups and propaganda which seeks to destroy our national unity, we can look for inspiration to the lives of Lee and Jackson to remind us to be resolute and determined in preserving our sacred institutions.”

Pelosi has called for the removal of all confederate-linked statues in the Capitol Building, but has yet to denounce her father’s support for Lee and Jackson — nor has she condemned the racist roots of the Democratic Party. She also did not remove the statues when she was Speaker of the House.

Hmmmmm that sounds familiar:

It's a pathetic attempt at labeling left wing people are racist because their ancestors were racist. They don't understand they are doing nothing more than providing more reasons for statues of traitors to be taken down.

That is a pathetic attempt at deflection from the truth.
Jesus Christ man...where have you been the last 2 weeks where every Leftist has labeled Trump and his supporters as Nazis?

So everyone is guilty of whatever a parent did?

Will parent be guilty for what their children do?

Oh, Sweet Jesus, I hope not.

My dad wore green plaid pants out to dinner once and I don't want to be saddled with his sartorial faux pas.

Wait till the news hits that FDR himself dedicated
statues of Lee, and called him one of Ameirca's
greatest Christians. The lefts hero was a White
Supremisct. Is this why Hillary Clinton was so
into FDR's wife?

Scary!

They can push it all they want, but when it comes back to bite defensive mode activates, and excuses come flowing.

Apparently that is precisely what's being said... Though I have my doubts as to just how "racist" her father indeed was/is. Helping dedicate a statue to R.E. Lee, and/or "Stonewall" Jackson is hardly indicative of ones views on race. Though some would have us believe otherwise.

Crimes of the father passed down to the children. We've come soooo far!
