An American Judge has given the "go ahead" for lawyers representing a "Russian" company to seek testimony from the Brit that allegedly broke loose the "Russian dossier" story !!

But wait.

Somebody needs to convince British Courts first !!

Now what ?

Does the character "Christopher Steele" even exist as portrayed by the MSM ?

UH OH: British Spy Behind Debunked 'Trump Dossier' to Testify Under Oath

The British spy behind the now-debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ may soon be forced to testify under oath in American courts; speaking publicly about his role in creating the sketchy document that claimed the Trump campaign worked with Russian officials during the 2016 presidential race.

According to ABC News, a United States district court judge is allowing lawyers for a Russian agency mentioned in the document to question Christopher Steele, the MI6 operative behind the dossier.

If granted permission by the British courts, this would be the first-time Steele was questioned over his role in the creation of the 35-page document, much of which acted as the foundation for the initial accusations that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government to defeat Hillary Clinton.

The Bill of Rights does give Americans the RIGHT to face their accusers.

DEAL WITH IT.

Debunked by who?

Not verified, does not mean debunked.

Can you provide a link so that we can see where any of the information in the report had been confirmed or denied? I did a quick search but couldn't find anything that factually debunks any information that is in the dossier.

How does the American court give the go ahead to a Russian company to interview a United kingdom citizen?
And like I already mentioned they refer to it as the now debunked dossier and it's anything but so the article is junk.

Try reading the sixth amendment.

www.law.cornell.edu...

In this case.

That means foreign shills and Trump is the accused.

No it's not. You just choose to believe that because it suits you but it's not debunked and a lot has been verified.
Sorry Charlie.

What was verified false?

This is an honest question.

Given ATS's lean to the right and defense of Trump - - facts get muddled.

I'm good, and you?

I'm here everyday reading. I just tend to be selective with my contribution.

That's called falsified.

Mr Steel is not a defendant nor is he the accuser. He's a material witness. And no one is on trial. Nor is there a defendant here who can demand to confront any accusers. For that matter there aren't even accusers. It's an investigation.
The sixth amendment is not relevant to this event.

Verified false is not a correct term.
It's called falsified.

Or is that American English?
