Inspiring speech from William H. McRaven, US Navy Admiral

I just watched this and thought it was worth sharing. To all those unable to watch the vid I apologise as there is no way I could really do him justice by offering my own narrative.
I've tried to discover who his audience was but I'm getting differing results so if anyone knows please do share it here.



In the bickering world we live in I think we need people to inspire us sometimes. Admiral Mc Raven nails it in his speech as far as I'm concerned.
Paraphrase: "Start every day making your bed, even if your day is miserable you have a made bed waiting for you when you get home, and you made it"
