Don't forget they gave us Senator Robert Byrd: Grand Cyclops of the KKK, Democrat President pro tem of the U.S. Senate...and Hillary Clinton's mentor.

Don't forget Fulbright and Al Gore's father.

George Wallace.

But then the republicans agreed to swap places with the dems all at once. lol!!

Those people who held those values are dead.
We are completely different as a party as are the republicans from Lincoln's day and today.
We're not statues. We're live people.

The two party system has been co-opted by the corporate elite and special interests. I say do away with both. Every candidate for themselves. Political parties are rat infested with corruption and used as control mechanisms.

The southern democrat has become the republican party of today.
There's no getting around that. The values and conservative views of the old south just changed names.
They're not gone.

Considering the current logic of removing history relating to slavery in America, why isn't the Democratic Party banned as well? Think about it, they are solely responsible for our horrible post Civil War race relations and singlehandedly prevented African Americans from advancing in society.

Pro Slavery
Pro segregation
Pro Jim Crow Law
Against the Civil Rights Act of 1965
Created the KKK
Created the welfare state

If it weren't for Abraham Lincoln and the Republicans, the South would have secede and there would have been perpetual slavery like they wanted. Just some food for thought.

Except that the republican party of today is not the same one as before. Both sides have switched their views and it is now the GOP who want all those things and are heavily supported by KKK, Nazis...etc.

Do not even attempt to say any different. There are countless of threads, replies and sentiment that minorities, women and other religions are the problem.

So since you want parties that believe in such things banned, shouldn't the question be "Should we ban the Republican Party?" since some of them constantly attack fellow Americans and their rights?

Democrats gave the world Bull Connor.

Bull Connor was a Democrat.

As the public safety commissioner of Birmingham, Alabama, it was at his command that civil rights protesters were attacked by dogs and beaten back by high-powered streams from fire hoses.

One did not have to fabricate evidence that he was a racist.
Bull Connor was also a member of the Democratic National Committee. That’s the governing board of the national Democratic Party...

There seems such a lack of history education in our country. It's embarrassing. The two party system is breaking up and that's a good thing. This last presidential election was proof of how far our parties have let us down. Just pitiful choices: Clinton and Trump? Still feel I am in the Twilight zone.
We need educated, thoughtful, fair, honest leaders. Congress and the Senate should be banished along with the judges. Huge overhaul. This country's in trouble but then again so is the whole world. Can we blame the deep state?

I dug up your post and I share the same opinion. Our education system has been mostly under a deliberate indoctrination of a political ideology that is the mixture and culmination of essentially a leftist anti-American, marxist, socialist, communist ideology. It's basically has come to fruition in Generation Snowflake. Obama and Hillary were Saul Alinsky idolizers. Obama was "anti-colonialist." I call him the first anti-American president. Look how Soros, who stated goal is to destroy America, finances all these groups causing civil unrest.

Our political system has been completely compromised by what Eisenhower called the military industrial complex which is now what I call the media-intelligence complex aka the deep state. The establishment politicians are what I view as the political class only benefit themselves and couldn't care less about the country. Love or hate Trump, he's serving a purpose which is igniting and exposing all these things like never seen. I agree that we need an overhaul which would lead to non corrupted, honest, intelligent President that was a true patriot and looked out for the country in a way everyone can agree with. I guess we have to work with what we have.

The more outcry from leftists for bannings, the more of Your Human Rights will be taken from you.

Yet this is literally a thread about the Right wanting to ban the Left.

But of course you totally miss that and complain about the Leftists outcry for more bans.

Situational Blindness perhaps???

Or

Willful ignorance???

Should the white-wing ban the Democratic Party?

Well, I wouldn't be surprised ... that's what Nazis did when they came to power in Germany ... the Enabling Act of 1933 banned all other political parties.

A time-tested idea. I'm sure Trump would love it.

This thread is gold

If ever I need a reminder ats is going hard right. "Ban the Democratic Party". Ha. I wonder what ats would say if the simple statement was changed to ban the Republican Party. It would be nothing but mayhem and bedlam. This is straight /pol tactics of triggering.

Luckily it went humorous real quick predicting everyone patting each other on the back for wanting to shut down the party that had literally 3 million more votes for president than the other one.

Where's John titor? I need a time machine. I want ats 2008 back.

I wanted to correct what you were saying. You were putting words in my mouth I didn't say.

This isn't exactly a conversation IMO. It's just you preaching at me about your opinions while you ignore everything I say.

From the very start with your whole "The Right is using the Democratic Thinking" or whatever you called it. You lost me right there. It's ridiculous and doesn't answer the question I asked you from the first post.

That's how it always goes. You never answer any questions which are counter to your narrative and you insist on having all your questions answered or you throw a fit and act shocked about it. I'm not playing those games anymore. It's BS. It's all about dominating the conversation and controlling the direction with dishonest logic and word games. There isn't anything genuine about any of it.

Even the thread itself. You're going to ban the Democratic Part??? Do you even bother to think about how Fascist that is or anytihng??? NO. Once more you totally miss any self reflective thought at all. Just blame the other guy at all times is your game. Not interested.

Couldn't counter what I replied to you with anything could you???

So you moved on to the personal attacks on me now I see.

Gee, how original. What's next, ya gonna pull my hair??? Grow up and we'll talk.

No kidding. Watching over half of ATS subtly (and sometimes outright) defend racist fascists is pretty eye opening.

I decided to see how the neo nazis and white supremacists were doing, so I went to their stormfront forum today. To my surprise I saw an ATS member over there advocating they all come here and make accounts to "tell the libtards off".

A while back the Daily Stormer actually called for its readers to "infiltrate conspiracy communities" because they were "vulnerable to be recruited".

So, it's not surprising we're seeing an influx of neo nazi, white supremacist, alt-righter people now on ATS. One thread I saw while over there had its images being hosted on ATS. Clearly there are members here that are members over there.

I hate to break the news to you but these days these racists might actually share views on things that non-racist Americans. The same people endorse and vote for Democrats. They didn't just magically switch sides so you can conveniently ignore the entire history of the party and what they did to African Americans.

I simply fed you back what you fed me. No need to be triggered by my opinions. They're mine and you can't have them.

And you tell me this not 10minutes after insulting another poster? I'm amused by your tactics.
