Credit to Ante for digging this up.

It has recently been uncovered that political activist that has supplied information for Occupy Wallstreet, pizza gate, Seth Rich, "Rape Melania" sign and other conspiracy theories is in fact a Naval Intelligence Officer.

Records show Posobiec enlisted in the U.S. Navy Reserves on May 25, 2010, and was later commissioned as an officer on Halloween in 2013. He has been a Lieutenant Junior Grade since October 2015.

Also of note:

His service record shows one overseas deployment: 10 months in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, starting Sept. 11, 2012. He said he was also sent overseas for annual training and as a civilian Navy employee.

I'm not sure what to make of this. When I tip my tinfoil ballcap slightly to the right it screams disinformation agent. If I turn it slight to the left it echos sentiments of controlled opposition.

He had some very notable security clearances as well but they have since been suspended for the past 7 months according to Posobeic.

John Michael Posobiec III's security clearance is currently suspended, according to a U.S. official, who did not disclose the reason for the suspension. Posobiec told NBC News that he was never given an explanation but suspects it was because he had become "more outspoken on Twitter."

All of his political activists activity has been done while serving in the Navy. I find that incredibly odd.

I believe the term is "Agent provocateur". Someone sent to be an instigator and study/exploit the results.
Leadership of both "sides" are spooks cuz, well, "if you wish to control opposition, lead it". Extremists of all sorts are very useful in psy-ops.

Nah. They wouldn't make it so blatantly obvious and NBC wouldn't be writing a story about him being Navy Intelligence if he truly was a dis-info agent or agent provocateur. I think they are a little better at it than that.

I am convinced he is....

He is acting like he supports Trump, but I truly believe he is working for the deep state.

Look at his latest stunt. Although I think it is funny as hell, the timing is questionable and by getting Trump supporters involved he not doing the President any favors. With that being said, it doesn't matter what Trump or his supporters do at this point anyways. The Marxist will still call them racists and Nazi's. I can't wait to see the Antifa meltdown over this one!

Contradictory, you believe that he would not be a dis-info agent if these conditions are met - then why do they not just meet your conditions to a) make you think the wrong thing b) be a disinfo agent

hide in plain sight.

Liar, provocateur?

Posobiec led a campaign in November 2016 to discredit anti-Trump protesters by planting a sign at a protest reading "Rape Melania".[12]
In December 2016, Posobiec claimed without evidence that Disney had re-written scenes in the Star Wars movie Rogue One to add "Anti Trump scenes calling him a racist", and called for a boycott of the Star Wars franchise. Disney denied the allegations.[13]
Posobiec live-streamed an investigation of the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, in which high-ranking officials were alleged to have been involved in a child-sex ring centered at a Washington, D.C. pizzeria. Posobiec was asked to leave after attempting to broadcast a child's birthday party being held in a back room of the restaurant.[14]
Posobiec was an organizer of the DeploraBall, an event held on January 19, 2017, to celebrate Trump's inauguration.[15]
Posobiec promoted e-mails and files leaked to 4chan of Emmanuel Macron shortly before the French presidential election in 2017.[6]
Posobiec falsely said that at a United States Senate hearing on May 17, 2017, former FBI director James Comey "said under oath that Trump did not ask him to halt any investigation". The claim was later repeated by the conservative media, including in prominent outlets such as InfoWars and Rush Limbaugh.[3]
Posobiec promoted the discredited conspiracy theory that Seth Rich had leaked e-mails from the Democratic National Committee to Wikileaks.[6]
On June 4, 2017, Posobiec tweeted, "There's never been a terrorist attack at a Nascar race. Nascar fans are all armed. Draw your own conclusions." His comment was widely ridiculed on social media.[16]
Posobiec promoted a hoax that CNN had published and then deleted an article defending Bill Maher's use of a racial slur.[17]
On June 14, 2017, shortly after Republican Representative Steve Scalise was shot during a baseball practice, Posobiec falsely tweeted that Loretta Lynch had previously called for "blood in the streets"[10] and that Bernie Sanders had ordered his followers to "take down" Trump.[18]
On June 16, 2017, Posobiec disrupted a Shakespeare in the Park production of Julius Caesar that depicted the title character as a President Trump-like figure. Posobiec was prompted by Mike Cernovich, another alt-right conspiracy theorist, who had offered a $1,000 prize for anyone who interrupted the play.[19] Posobiec was escorted from the event along with fellow protester Laura Loomer, who was arrested for disorderly conduct after refusing to leave the stage.[10]
Posobiec organized a "Rally Against Political Violence" in Washington, D.C. on June 25, 2017 that drew a sparse crowd. Richard Spencer, another alt-right figure, ridiculed the event and called it "pathetic".[20]
In July 2017, Posobiec was caught handing out flyers thanking Democratic Senators for "protecting our quality violent porn content", including "ritual Satanic porn videos". The flyers were distributed outside the U.S. Senate at a demonstration in support of net neutrality.[21]
In August 2017, following a "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia that led to violent clashes between white nationalists and anti-protesters, Posobiec said that the rally had become "massive propaganda" for the left and that the mainstream media was "fanning the flames of this violence." He said that Trump should have disavowed Black Lives Matter. Posobiec later tweeted that he had consistently disavowed white nationalism and violence.[8]
On August 16, 2017; in a move to compare the White Nationalist with Soviet artists, Mr. Posobiec was instrumental in staging a small rally at a statue of Lenin at the Artist's Republic of Fremont in Seattle, Washington, to have it removed. www.seattlepi.com...

Yea you're probably right. Those evil geniuses are sitting there at Navy Intelligence using all their assets and man power to figure out how to fool that one guy on the internet.

Bill stands up from his cubical and screams "I got it!" And they go with what you have said here.

Actually I didn't really mean it in regards to the OP but just decided to address your stance on thinking people cant be dis-info agents, so I apologise for being somewhat out of context.

I hear the skepticism and rightfully so. It would be all to obvious. However, is that cause for complete dismissal?

Also, stories coming in that the organizer Jason Kessler of the 'Unite the Right' has a history of advocating for gun control and President Obama:

I work with folks from ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) every day and have for years.

To a person, I've found them to be intelligent, level-headed and strongly committed to their duties.

I've not met nor heard of this guy. He sounds like a loon.

Will ask a few people I know tomorrow and see if there's a "read" on him at ONI.

Stay tuned...

Looking forward to it. Perhaps you'll be able to get some clarification on his 'hostile work environment.'
