Trump says that within the Nazi and KKK march were decent people

Would he say that within an ISIS mob are decent people

Within a KKK lynch mob there were decent people

The man's reasoning capacity is way off

We have a president with the intellectual capacity of Archie Bunker

Could it be that not all in the gathering on the right were nazis? It has to be every single one of them were nazis or KKK?

Yes...because everyone knew before hand what Unite The Right stood for, the groups organizing it, and their message was very clear.

So I am fine saying that everyone at that rally were racists pieces of garbage.

Please prove that everyone their knew what they stood for.

All I knew was that they were protesting removing a statue, something I agree with.

I look at their flyers, and I just see a bunch of names that I mostly don't know.

You are telling me you are positive that every single person that showed up there is a racist?

The ACLU was there defending the rallies free speech, and could have been caught in the crossfire.

They criticized how the police seemed to encourage violence as an excuse to shut down the rally.

Are you saying the ACLU people are all racist garbage too?

Comparing counter-protesters to WWII allies? That's a large fail.

No, your just ill equipped intellectually to grasp it...

I’m drawing an analogy to illustrate that fighting evil often calls for extreme measures

An analogy is never to be considered a literal comparison.

So these opponents fighting the Nazis and KKK at the protest were justified in using somewhat extreme tactics

In the 1860’s, Lincoln’s time, the civilization was so saturated with anti-slavery ideas and a moral weariness of the institution that it was a ripe era for the eradication of slavery.

So why couldn't they do it without a civil war? If your argument is to hold any water, the civil war shouldn't have been necessary.

Because there were too many hardheads like General Lee and the other stubborn southerners who refused to change

They wanted to still have their slaves and lifestyle.

Yep, that must be it. I'm too ill equipped to understand that a group of counter protesters is the same as young men who were drafted had a 30 percent chance of death. Yep, way over my head.

Or perhaps they were fighting men who literally executed millions of other people.

Intellect, yes. Clearly I am the one who lacks. /sarc

They were marching in protest of taking down the statue, right?

Judging by their racist Nazi chants, I'd say they were protesting losing the Civil War.

Antifa is neither military trained nor do they follow a strict command structure. I bet most of them don't even know how to shoot and from what end the bullet comes from. Huge fail on your part. Are you by any chance employed by a large company? Because if you're you just made their list of people they hate. Capitalism sucks and all that. Seriously look Antifa up and concentrate your search on Germany. These numbnuts cost us millions every #ing year.

Your just out of out intellectual league If I may say

You deal with the spirit of the analogy not the literal story…

The concept of force and the idea of the good versus evil is what I’m referring to

You have no ideas just emotion

I’m not advocating for them to use military tactics man…

God give me the patience!

It was an ANALOGY!

a•nal•o•gy
əˈnaləjē/
noun
1. a comparison between two things, typically for the purpose of explanation or clarification.
"an analogy between the workings of nature and those of human societies"
o a correspondence or partial similarity

The comparison of force in the analogy demonstrates that FORCE is justified in fighting evil often

I could have used millions of other instances

YOU DONT TAKE IT LITERALLY

Which side is good?

Antifa?

Explain to me in what context this is good.

Or this.

Seeing as how you are in a superior intellectual league, could you please give me a sweet analogy that explains why a "good" group needs to violently attack innocent people like this?

I am defending the nazi's (and everyone else) right to free speech, which is really just defending the constitution.

The 1st amendment applies to Congress not passing any law to restrict free speech.

So...what exactly are you defending???

Yep, couldn't possibly be your fault you used a bad analogy. Next up Antifa = Avacados!

What really gets to me. I mean deep down is that there is actual discussions and grievances against Trump that plenty of Trump supporters would actual partake in and could be a valuable discussion. The problem? Arguments like this that go so far past absurdity that there is little choice but to defend the guy, and it KEEPS GOING!

But hey, yea, everyone elses fault.

Everything is relative my friend.

In WWII we fought with the greatest murderer in world history Stalin.

But at the time compared to Hitler he was good.

Good and bad are relative propositions

You see what I mean

Haven't you noticed?

Only the right-wing should have free speech. Just like only white-wingers should have full gun rights.

When BLM or ANTIFA says the wrong thing, they're traitors, trash and deserve to be killed.

After all, if a Black man has a gun on the seat beside him, he's a thug drug dealer cop killer ... AMIRITE?

And for those that missed it /s
