The car certainly did it. The car smashed into the people.

So, all we need to prove, is who was driving that car.

Cars don't drive themselves, and reverse themselves, not yet anyway.

Self-driving cars are on the way, but not here yet.

No for murder, or voluntary manslaughter charges, there is much more that needs to be proven.

Did you actually think you were making a point with this post? I am just flabbergasted. Quit thinking reactionally, and start thinking rationally. Until all the evidence is shown, you people are jumping to way too many conclusions. No one knows what happened. Why do you think we have heard nothing else from Virginia?
