If you want a small axe for general camp use these are incredible. www.woodsmithexperience.co.uk...
But the sheath is crap, the blade easily slips out of it.

When buying a tool make sure it's practical not aesthetic pleasing, and is working comfortably for you regardless of the positive or negative of others.

Best use could be in meat processing tasks.

Did you buy a file to sharpen it with?

If you haven't got one try to buy one that's 20 - 30 years old. The stuff you buy today is rubbish.
