New Conscious Artistic Hip-Hop

To all the Hip-Hop fans here, I'd like to share some of my favorite new artists. Extra points for anything with a social commentary.

Of course you have to start with Mick Jenkins..




New favorite group, EarthGang..





And I can't leave out The Underachievers, the pioneers of new psychedelic Hip-Hop..




And I can't forget Capital Steez, who jumped to his death on December 24th 2012, after claiming he was Baphomet and would return in 2045. His death is a conspiracy theory in itself.

Hey I checked out Mick Jenkins and really dig his music!
I'll check out the other songs tomorrow.. but did want to add a couple to your queue.
My little bro really likes Joyner Lucas- and I agree except that a lot of what he does isn't quite my style.
He is a really good rapper though!

I love Ab-Soul. I had a spot opening up for him when he came through Seattle this past April, but the booking agent wanted me to do it for free.

He's one of the most underrated MC's in my opinion.
