Sanders said she spoke with the President and not only did he want to pass along the message to Frank that he's "doing a great job," but he also wanted to invite Frank to the White House to cut the grass in the famous Rose Garden. Sanders added, "it's our responsibility to keep the American dream alive for kids like Frank."

I'll be interested to see how this can be spun into Trump being bad somehow.

It's sad that the first thing I thought of when I read this, is how the Tr-Hators on ATS would find a fault with this. But I suppose that is what hate does to a person, it enters the body and then seeps out of every pour.

Congrats to this young man, I suspect he will be a small business owner and a successful one at that. Way to go Frank.

I saw this a few days ago and was pretty impressed that Trump got the kid put through to the groundskeeper, but more impressed by the kid's spirit and work ethic.

i didnt see the story or how it came about. whether its like a trump bump or an organic story. Its good for the 10 year old future awesome person, either way.

Allowing equipment to be used by operator without formal training.
Taking work away from local resident.
Failing to follow federal procurement procedures.

Does he meet OSHA safety standards?

Never thought I'd say this but hey, that was pretty nice of the man! Seriously. I remember being young and just wanting a chance to show what I could do, that I was willing to work hard and learn what ever anyone was willing to teach me.... To have the White House offer you a shot no matter how small, that's something that boy will remember long after he's become a Man. (or whatever else he wants to become, ya know... 2017 and what not)
