A few years ago I had felt and heard a popping sound in my head.
I started getting a mild headache afterwards and I was on my computer.
I called my doctor's office and was told to call 911.I wrote a quick thread
about this before going to the ER.I didn't know what was happening and
I wanted to let others here know in case I died.
After going through many tests,which included a spinal tap! They didn't
know what caused the popping sound in my head.My best guess it might
have had something to do with my sinus cavities.
I wouldn't wish a spinal tap on my worst enemy.When I finally got home,
I crawled into my bed I felt so bad.I woke up later and posted how things
went.

I just found my old thread and I forgot that I had had a concussion before
this episode.

Get an MRA done.. it doesn't hurt to find out. When did this happen? You can have aneurysm with a slow bleed. I would have that checked out immediately. Sometimes they fix themselves. Concussions cause aneurysms. Did the hospital even do a scan on your brain? Stop drinking too.

By reading your thread and even though it happened in 2011, I would go anyway to have an MRA done. That is my opinion.

I just went to the cardiologist for an echo cardiogram monday.
When I have another appointment I will mention this.I haven't
gotten those results yet and I have been having some minor
chest pains while at work last night.

Here's the conspiracy of it all, somewhere on the internet I read you can die either one month before or after your birthday. My birthday is September 6th, aneurysm happened on October 9th. Upside down 6. Even more freaky is that September, is Aneurysm awareness month.

Yeah, I know that's a myth but I read that somewhere on the internet too.
