Well, we are not in 2020, so there's no way to bet on such an outcome unless we all commit to following through for the next few years.

But, I am game!

I can, however, point to many occasions, after 2008, where Hillary said she was not going to run again...but then *surprise* she did.

I agree. This has to be one of the most lazy attempts at bull# we've seen in a while.

She will sign a document stating she is guilty, but they wont charge her and they also will not investigate the CF for potential wrongdoing.

That means they have nothing to begin with.
