In a town known for its supernatural sightings, this eerie vision has taken many by surprise. A shadowy figure wearing a large hat appears to walk slowly across a narrow laneway before disappearing straight into a wall.

If the video is authentic, then that's just extraordinary. Ghost still had a bit of a limp while crossing, as if dragging one leg a bit.

Interesting but i am not convinced this is a ghost.Could just be a person dressed in black?

from street view you can see a gate into the church where the person went after crossing the road.


edit to add: after posting I went to the youtube page of this video and the top comment is a link to street view debunking the video.

It's a hand-held cam. It's an obvious hoax. The background music, the sound effects, the staged whispering noises. The actual video is poor quality and therefore very easy to hoax.

Just some kids having fun.

nah, he crosses in front of the gap in the short fence on the left which is directly opposite the gate in the tall fence on the right.

1) Because it looks like a person.

2) Because the chance of it being a ghost rather than a person is minuscule, perhaps something like 0.0000000001% due to the fact ghosts have never been proven to exist or confirmed sightings recorded.

3) Because the camera is set up perfectly to frame the person pretending to be a ghost.

4) Because the film maker has tried to deceive the audience by hiding the gap/gate in the wall by positioning the camera in such ways.

5) Because of this important piece of information.

6) Because this suggests otherwise.

You can see how the person steps off the curb...human flesh does that not ghost.

Couldn't there be another gate further down? If there's one gate along that road there are more. Vid looks like that person walks through a gate to me.
I'm skeptical. The ghost looks pretty corporeal to me.

And I agree the ghost is much closer to the building with the steep pitched roof.
In the pic with the gate the photo is taken further up that road.

Most likely yes. Movement is too human too lifelike...the dude steps down off a curb but glides through a metal fence? I'd bet on a gate.
Where is this exactly?
Google earth should show the road if someone can pinpoint exactly where this is.
